a girl i like is going to flash me. it will be the first time this has happened to me. what do i say right after so i don't sit there in silence?

If you think she is beautiful to see, why not simply tell her?

I assume this means she is going to stand naked in front of you. Best thing to do is to not be slacked jaw, get a good look at her (memorize) than look her in the eyes with a slight smile of approval and say as little or nothing at all.
