My ex-fiance and I just moved into together in august. Since then it has been nothing but drama. He is verbally and emotionally abusive toward me. I have asked him to leave and he states he will when he feels like it. He is always drinking and always complaining about one thing or another. the utilities are in my name. I also have two children and they have adjusted very well to the area, and school. I dont feel I should be the one to leave, I moved them once to be with this man. Is there anyhting I can do to make him leave?

All week my boyfriend has been calling me, telling me how much he misses me and wants to see me. So naturally, I suggested we hang out this weekend. At first he ignored my idea, and changed the subject, which I found strange.

So I decided to give him a few days and bring it up later. Last night I called him, and once again he started telling me how much he missed me. So I told him, again, that we should hang out that weekend. This time he got all excited, promised he would see me, and even said he would come up that night.

Well, he never called me back, and he never showed up. All I got was a text message in the middle of the night telling me he was thinking of me. He hasn't called today, and I have a feeling he is going to break his promise.

Why would he lie to me and blow me off??

Neither one of us is having an affair. My desire is about 0. I want to have sex but it just seems that we just don't . We have been married about 18 years. 2 teen kids. I would be happy to have it now only because it has been so long. I think I would like to have it with other people but I would NEVER cheat. It is wrong.

Is emotional abuse, rage attacks, and neglect, no communication, low intimacy, and putting the marriage and family as a last priority an acceptable reason to give up a bad marriage to God ? Even if you have worked hard keep it together. Not to mention having gone to marriage counseling, reading books , etc. And made many attempts to revive and repair the ailing marriage. Including a tremendous amount of self sacrifice and putting ones own needs on the back burner for years in order to keep things together while the kids were growing up. Even though he has been semi stable financially speaking but shamefully lacking in every other way. He is selfish and plays a lot of mind games. He usually ends up getting his own way even if he has to do his will without consulting with his wife, or getting her OK or her blessing.
He acts like a part time father and husband. He only participates when he feels like it and on his own terms. When do you know it's time to throw in the towel

I would rather be able to speak French or Italian than have good looks. Or be able to undestand Wall Street and all of it's complexities. Or understand how international finance is conducted between nations of substance. I wish I could listen to a friend and hear a problem and give the right answer to solve their problem.

Your thoughts please

Among several other stupid problems they have, she needs advice on what to do in this particular situation..
So yesterday morning, she was running late for work..he was aware of that, and he was supposed to drive her to work so he could use her car. She needed to leave at 7:45a to be at work at 8:30, well it was now 10-8a, and she was rushing. Well, in the middle of all that, he wanted to have sex before she left, and she said no because she was gonna be late, and this is a new job. Well what did he do? He put the covers over his head, and completely ignored her . COMPLETELY!!! She ended up driving herself to work (which she didn't mind). But the point is that when he doesn't get his way, he pouts like a little boy! It's STUPID! And to top it off, he begins to talk when HE is ready..no apology, no responsibility of his actions. And he acts like nothing ever happened ..business as usual...HELL NO! She's tired of dealing with him. So what does she do?

Hi

wondering what people think of infidelity in marriage when the incident was premeditated and planned, as opposed to a heat of the moment lost control thing

if it is premeditated ie talked about in advance between say the husband and the other woman, do you think that makes a difference in terms of:
1) what it says about his marriage?
2) whether it will likely happen again?
3) feelings involved etc?

i guess i believe that planned infidelity is worse as there is more opportunity for the married person to take stock and let their conscience intervene, but i am keen to hear others' opinions

I often wonderd what the the difference is between what men consider cheating and what women consider cheating. I have heard men , scientist say that men cheat because its built into there DNA. I have to laugh at this idea. If this was true then wouldnt women have a reason to cheat to, cause wasnt Eve made from Adam? Some men say as long as they dont touch then they arent cheating. Some women say aint nothing wrong with flirting. Is a person who cheated once ,doomed to be considerd a cheated till the end? If it has to be kept as a secret , do you consider that a clue of doing wrong?
I would like you to think hard on this one. What ever you wouldnt want done to you .

I am in love with the most amazing and gracious and wonderful girl in the world! I want everyone to know how much I love her! I love the way she is so kind and thoughtful and so willing to please me. She is the most elegant example of saintly womanhood I have ever encountered in my life! She embodies all a man could ever want in style, class, grace, elegance and modest sophistication and dignity. She is my soulmate and I love her very much! She rocks my world! I have to wait here at work before I get to take off and drive 2 hours to go see her tonight. I cannot wait to see her and hold her in my arms and kiss her once again! I am in Love!
Wanna see us together? Here we are! This was taken Monday morning.

As a child, I was abused by my Father and when I was 12 my first boyfriend took advantage of me. I thought I was over it after counseling and because I got over my depression and stopped hating guys and started dating. I was happy because i felt like I had gotten victory over this. But now whenever I get intimate with my husband, I freak out. I feel like I'm just a machine made for his pleasure and I can't get into it every time. I feel such a range of emotions and it confuses me. I desire him but when he touches me I get scared. Sometimes I see the people who've hurt me and hear them in my head. It's as if My marriage opened up a wound that I felt was healed and now It came back twice as effective.
Does anyone have any advice for me. My husband is so supportive of me and says he'll always love me but i can't help but fear one day he'll get fed up. and if that's the case, maybe i wasn't made for marriage.
Thank you all.

Hey, Im very young and married. Im 20 years old and my wife is 21. We recently got married (in August), and we were so happy. I know this is what most people are like when they are in their first couple moths of marriage, but things have changed so drastically. We are going to University together and have some classes together also. For the last month she has changed so much. She treats me like Im not her equal and kind
of makes me feel inferior to her. Im a joker and love to make people laugh so I dont know if she doesnt take me seriously or what, but she doesnt do very much to equal out the load of work in the house. There's piles of dishes, most which are hers, and has her laundry strewn all over our room even though we have hampers. I try to be nice and just ask her to try and keep things clean but she doesnt. At school she treats the guys there with more respect and every time I see her she seems to be near guys. (My jealousy) Last night one guy flirted with her near me and

I asked a question a while ago about my Ex who was recently married and had emailed me from oversees about my personal life. It felt wierd that he'd wanna know as over the last few years we've only had a professional relationship. Since this question was asked, I did reply saying I'm fine and glad things are goin well where he is. I received another email from him asking me to help him out with something for his wife!Im sure it seemed like no big deal on his end but it bothered me
I wrote him back:
I told him stright up that I didn't wanna hear about any details of his life oversees;wierd that he asked me to do something for his wife;I appreciate his concern and I'm doing great but prefer to keep my life private and to take care. He responded back very angrily and shocked..Saying he didn't think the request was a big deal and that he thought after4 years he could ask/tell me anything, but since I can't do this, that's fine with him.He came across hurt, but was not my intention
