My family and I are invited to a wedding I would not want to go to. Here's the story. Some time ago, a man I'll call Nik introduced me to a man I'll call Sam who had a seriously bad reputation (unbeknownst to me) at a dinner function. The guy nearly raped me, but thank God I got away, and talked the guy out of it.
Now, Nik's son is getting married, and he invited my family to the wedding. I do not want to go because of this. I have never spoken to Nik about this situation, but as a lady who was almost had the unthinkable done would you go?

Ok, I reallly like this guy I sit by in math class and he is sooo sweet. He usually flirts with me showing that he likes me but he hasent asked me out. I want him to know that I like him and that i want him to ask me out but without telling him.

My husband is very selfish in bed. It is always all about him and his needs and never mine. I have tried talking to him but he just says he understands what I am saying and then it is just the same thing over and over again. It is all what he needs. Any ideas out there?

MY aunt left her husban when i was little.
MY cousins are my age.
MY aunt was tired of my UNCLE cheating on her.
HE would play with other women right in front of her.
SHE finally left his sorry BUNS.
NOW 20 years later my cousins are against my aunt 4 leaving heir two timing dad.
I believe my aunt.I have seen my UNCLE in action.
MY cousin has had three small children.
SHE is now, with holding the kids and the new baby from my aunt.
I think she has rights, but what do i tell her to make her feel better.
OF corse i think they(my cousins) are playing games with their children.

He said that I can't put it up this year because he thinks our son will pull it over. I think that if we pay close enough attention it should be fine. I don't want to fight about it, but I do think that we should have a tree, especially with a little boy..my sister already has hers up and he loves it! I'm just aggravated because when I mention lights or anything about our tree to someone he says, "I already said we're not putting the tree up this year" like I have no say whatsoever. Should I just put it up anyway?

My boyfriend and me have been together for 2 years and I think he's about to pop the question and we are about to move in together, only one problem, my parents hate him! They don't really know him, they just heard rumors and are believing them. I'm living with them right now, how do I break it to them? and I know they wont agree to it so how would i move out? they are both very very controlling (not normal controlling), I'm afraid they would do something very drastic to keep me home. I'm confused! Why would a very succesful man with looks, money, a motivator and someone that inspires date a woman that is the opposite, on top of that...a pot smoker. I am almost 30 years old and I am extremely close to my mom. She is so amazing and sacraficed soo much for me. My mom doesn't have to many friends to speak of, and she doesn't have a car......she can't afford one.

She relies on me a lot for transportation, and sometims she needs grocery money, or money for her bus pass, a new outfit....whatever.

I want to move to a different city.....but I honeslty don't know how she will make it without me. I see her at least once a week if not more. She loves going out to eat, telling me about her work issues, hearing wht is new in my life, etc, etc. If I move away, she won't have anyone. No other family and no friends. And it is very hard for her to make friends (for a number of reasons). She will take the bus home and have nothing to look forward to.

I like to think that I would be able to send her $$ for groceries, taxi and bus fares, but the area I want to move to is sooooo expensive. I may not be able to afford living for myself and h

im now happy w/ my husband. Weve been together for almost 4 years now but during the first 2 years of our relationship, I got bored and I wasnt satisfied w/ him.
