The lenghth and quality of a relationship do not depend on age. Especially when the age difference is so small. Women age so well nowadays and have a longer life expectancy than men anyway so I don't see how that would be a problem.
The only issue it could raise is if the guy wants to start a family and the woman can't have children any more (but some couples with no age difference can't have children either anyway!). So what you both want from the start must be clearly stated and if you are on the same wavelength as to what you are looking for in life, your chances are no different than if you were the same age.

Age doesn't matter unless he is 14 or 15! It is more important that there be love and trust in the relationship rather than an age difference and as long as one isn't so young they want to party while the other wants to stay home and be a family, and then it doesn't matter who is the oldest because of the incompatibility there.

The same if it were a man 10 years older than a woman. Its everything else that counts.

Very good if the connection is there. If two people really connect and enjoy eachother than ten years is not an obstacle...unless she is 25 and the guy is 15, then there are legal issues!
