love you = aishite imasu
forever = zutto
you = anata
zutto anata wo aishite imasu = (I) love you forever

or

zutto anata wo aishi tuzuke masu
aishi tuzuke = keep loving

Well the japenese usually don't say "I love you" but it is translated as "Aishite Imatsu" or "Suki Desu".

Those are the closest translations...
