Am really down in the dumps all because of my rubbish boyfriend. On Saturday I had the worst migraine of my life and we had a bit of a row because I always feel like I am at the bottom of the list of his priorities for various reasons. Things got a bit heated on the phone and he really hurt my feelings by saying I sound like a loon and that I should get some friends or a hobby. He also said he feels like he has to justify everything he does to me. He backtracked straight away and said he didn’t mean it like and was all grovelly straight away – but that really hurt my feelings!
Anyway things calmed down and I was too ill to care anyway. Then on Sunday it was our anniversary and he was working all weekend and he said we should do something Sunday. We talked about it a couple of times and I said I would like to go for a meal because we never do - and I know it sounds stupid but our first anniversary was important to me. Anyway Sunday comes and he says he’s had a hellish day and can’t face going out for a meal so we end up in the pub watching footy and having a roast dinner which I had to go and buy( again) before the shops shut. Needless to say I was not best pleased and really disappointed – I was really looking forward to him doing something special for me for a change and it really hurt my feelings – he just doesn’t care. I was really quiet all night ( I didn’t want a row) and he started getting worried, turning it round like he was the victim because he can’t help it if he has to work and has no money etc etc. Was I going to dump him? Etc. It’s funny how he always finds money to go the pub. Then he said we can do something next Saturday “as long as I am not going to be in a mood”.
Is it me – do I need to lighten up or have I got every right to be upset about this? It’s getting so painful for me – I really do love him and they say actions speak louder than words – he doesn’t have to tell me he doesn’t love me, I know he doesn’t, that’s what hurts so much. I can tell as well he doesn’t really want to commit and move in with me either – the plan was after Xmas and now he is going on about us going on holiday in February, he has not intention of saving up for a deposit and when he talks about where he lives it’s as if he intends to be there for the foreseeable future.
As usual he is being the best and attentive boyfriend today, calling me up, buying nice things for dinner tonight etc. But he does this all the time and soon goes back to being selfish and thoughtless.
Is there any hope here? He is 32!

My boyfriend might be going to jail. We have been together for 4 and a half years. He has custody of his 10 year old son and we would like him to be able to stay with me. My questions are, what legally can I do to make sure that happens? Without spending a lot of money of course. And are there programs that I could get assistance with to help with the bills? I do have a job and can work more hours, but it will be a struggle right away. Thanks in advance with tips.

I met my son's future mother-in-law and found her to be an intelligent person. She carried on a wonderful conversation with me and invited me to have dinner with her family. For this dinner, she had invited her 2 brothers and their families. I conversed about the charities that I raise money for and one of her brother's said he has 5 kids and he's a charity case. Everyone burst into laughter at his comment. Her other brother made the comment that he has 5 boxes of cereal. I asked why? He told me because he wanted a certain prize. I glanced at my son's future mother-in-law and she was looking straight at me. She raised one eyebrow and gave me a smirk smile. She never said anything, it was just that look that she gave me. I can't figure out why she gave me that look. What does it mean??

My boyfriend of 5 years (we have a daughter, a family, live 2gether, etc.) had cheated on me once. He came clean to me about it and I didn't have to find out about it otherwise.

He is a great guy, and a great dad, and I have realized he has made a mistake. I can forgive the infedilty but I have a problem with the lying.

The thing is after everything we';ve been talking and we've been trhough, we had sex for the first time in a few days, and it did not feel the same. It was good, but why didn't it feel the same.

I am willing to work this out, how do I get past this? Why did it feel different? Will it ever feel like it was again? It's almos tlike I thought about him with her, and at the same time I wanted to get past it. I don't know what to do?

I didn't think sex would fix anything but at the same time, I wanted it, so that's why I did it. I had no idea it would feel different.

i seriously do hate him, hes just annoyed me so much now. heres a list of what he does,

keeps on saying he wants to kill me. - this is a joke (i hope) but its not very funny and i really really dont like it.

says im a phyco and im mental

says i smell, when i dont, and whenever i spray a body spray or deodrant he says im wierd and says why do i spray so much- when i dont

calls my friends names, ( calls my best friend, fat and pig features, when shes really pretty and thin)
calls all my other friends wierdos, i dont say anthing about his friends.
he told my freind to shut up.
his friends annoy me
keeps coming into my room and when i tell him to get out he doesnt.
hits n kicks me
i tell my mum or dad about it, and they tell him off but he never listens to them.
Always horrible when we are both home alone#



what should i do to make him stop!!

Okay basically... My girlfriend's dad ended our relationship... I got to talk to her on the phone for 5 minutes that night, and she said that she still loved me and would wait till we could get back together, even if it meant a long time... Then gradually she stopped talking to me... Until two weeks ago(ish) she sent me a message that said "It's over. Forever. Final. No ifs." So I have no idea what's going on? She hasn't communicated anything to me... We both go to the same church and have a lotta the same friends, but I surrendered the friends to her, since she doesn't wanna be around me, I just stay away... Now I hardly have any friends, and the ones I did stay in contact aren't really hanging out with me anymore.... Ah! I dunno what to do... Do you have any idea why?

Butterflies in my stomach tells me that i love him.
This feeling is so intense it leaves me with a burning passion, a yearning of my soul for romance and desire, embracing with my love near a warm fire.

So here it is every year at y job I put on two shows at the elementary school and the high school they are dance shows that require a lot of time and preparation. I also work with special needs very hyper and defiant but these shows mean a lot to them and has changed the lives of many of them it gives them self-confidence and something to look forward to. Last year a kid told me if it wasn't for the show he would not of passed his classes. The only reason he worked so hard is he didn't want to loose his spot and if he failed he would get kicked out the show. I am now four weeks pregnant and I am due in July. These shows take place in June my husband came up to me this morning and pleaded with me not to do them he says it's to much stress I have never had a baby and I don't know how my body is going to act and I need to relax. While I agree my job as a dance drama teacher is give a show and I really don't want to disappoint the kids and staff. I have thought of all types of ways to do the show but at the end of the day no matter who helps me most of the responsibility is mine. Last year they also got rid of my assistant. What should I do?

she was in my math class last year and i joked around a lot with her last year. This year she isnt in my classes, and i've said hi to her, she thinks im clowny but last year told me its a good thing to be funny. My fiance and I are both Catholic (received all necessary sacarments), raised in a Catholic family and went to Catholic highschools. We currently attend a Catholic church and are looking to get married in it, but we live together and are wondering if it's going to a problem when we sit down and talk to the priest. We know they will ask us to live apart during marriage prep, but the fact of the matter is that we couldn't afford to rent out another place. We wouldn't want to move out either but would be willing to do so if absolutely necessary. How should we respond to the priest when he asks us to live apart...is this going to create a problem with us getting married in the church?

Ok So Im 16, and and a guy from Ireland.
I am not the normal teenager. I do ironing, the laundry, the dishes, the vacuuming, and other housework, and I am great with kids. I am worried that girls will think I’m a pansy, and that they will think that I am to feminine. Is it good that I do all those things or is it bad. Do girls like this type of guy or not? My girlfriend/partner and I have been dating for the past 2 years, we are both 45 & professionals/executives. We recently bought a house together to live in, and will sell our houses. She feels as we are moving in together we should be getting married. I'm more interested in making sure we have a mature and well balanced relationship, and I don't want to get engaged so "marriage" ends up defining what we are supposed to be. Both 2.5-3 yrs separated/divorced. We both feel as our lives are busy, living together is the next very logical step in our long term relationship. I have 2 teenage children, one living with me full time. She has no children. We have 2 dogs. I'd like to be able to help her understand my perspective, and define what she is in our live-in relationship, before engagement. I have suggested professional advise, which she has rejected. Any suggestions?
