I am not sure if this is the correct category for this questions but if you can help please do!!

I have a close family member who as i know has had a very stable and caring upbringing, she is undoubtedly loved alot by friends and family, has never wanted for anything, unfortunately she has now started hanging around with some people who are heavily into drugs, she has been using Cocaine and is now dependant on it, she has been branded a thief a liar a who** and a drug addicted it has also come to light that she has been like this for many years she asked me to help her which I am happy to do and have been but i have found out today that there is no change gone out had a fix, drunk 18 pints already and that has been laughing about me saying that i am wrapped around her little finger, I dont know what to do. I cant just stop helping!! I have been really horrid, nice, nasty nothing is working!! has anyone got any suggestions please.

My hubby went away to work for about 45 days , came home for a week, and went back for 50 days. after about 3 weeks when he came home, he accidently left his email up. I noticed a womans name I did not know. I read the emails. They were not good for me. He talked about "I MISS you", and I CAN NOT wait to come back down there"...well then I find where he has texted her over 100 times in a month! He says it was all bullshit....he does bullshit alot with women and it never means anything...but i just wondered this time. This girl is 24, he is 48. I believe there was an infatuation going on there for him. What do you all think.

ok just to some it up cause it is a long story:
i thought awhile back i was preganant, i told my boyfriend this and we went along like i was even thought i didnt know then we broke up 3 months later he comes back and wants to know about the baby. i paniked cause i still hadnt been tested and said i was, i had meant to get a test right away after that but i didnt. we still stayed toghther when he had to leave a short time after that for private reasons and after awhile i told him the child died because i wasnt sure if i was pregnant. then in spetember i found out i really was pregnant i then decided i was going to tell him everything but before i could right to him and tell him that he messages me when he got back on the 2nd saying he knows i lied and i have one chance to tell him the truth and what happens is on me. i of course told him everything.
i want to know what he means by what happens is on me and do you honestly think he'd give me another chance?
i need good advice please.

My 15 year old daughter just came to live with me. She was living with her father from age 10 to 15.

She sets an alarm, but can not get up on time. I had decided to leave her alone for waking up. Today, the alarm went off for 1 hour and she did not wake up. So, I went it and turned on the light and told her to wake up. She sad that I looked at her with "mean eyes."

Then, she threw a tantrum - hit me and threw things around and did not eat breakfast. She was late to school and may get Saturday detention. She cried so much and said that she hates living with me.

She also told me that "I don't get along with anyone."

She asks me to leave her alone in the evening so that she can study and then she talks on the phone. I quiz her for her tests and then she says that I don't do enough and she will fail....

I don't know how to handle her....

My bf and I have been in a long distance relationship for 2 years and he's been trying to move here but has not yet been offered a position. I am also guardian of my nephew (10) and as a result we decided that it would not be a good idea for me to move there (I have family here to help). We've talked about marriage and he's even bought the ring. My prob? He won't give it to me until he moves down here. And I'm having a real problem with that. He says he's holding on to it because he's afraid something will happen (i.e. I'll get fed up with the distance). And I'm thinking he's having second thoughts as in not wanting to marry me now. He says he does and he's going to give it me. But the longer it takes, the more I think its never going to happen. I know I shouldn't be so focused on just the "ring" but to me it symbolizes growth in our relationship and a stronger commitment. I told him I wouldn't take it if I didn't want to stay the course. What do you think?

I just need some other opinions.
I logged onto my hubby's myspace website earlier. Personally I do not have one and I was just curious - I was thinking about him and that is the truth. I do not snoop.
I was surprised to see this woman on there who he was in the military with. They used to hang out all the time together and also when he got back from Iraq and was stationed here they hung out again. He stopped it since we were a long distance relationship and he knew it bothered me.
She is on there now.
We have been married a few years. For some reason she bothers me though and I know it shouldn't. She used to call a lot and talk his arm off about all her relationship problems before we got married.
Ok ladies. What do you think?

An ex-husband who refuses to pay child support now that he is with another woman. My husband and I have had supper before with an ex of mine. We are all sort of friends. they live out of state. My parents told me that they're getting a div It's really hard on me because I love them both sooo much. My mom said she;s moving bac to Florida and that I was to stay with my dad for a little while. She took everyone but me. Why? She said it was the best way. I know it's not because she did this to me when I was 9..she left Christmas Eve and didn't come back for a week. I knew where she was at but she said I had to go home. I don't understand. My mom and I are so close but I guess not as close as I thought. SHe means everything to me and I feel so lost when I don't see her smile or laugh, you know? and her beign 13 hours way from me dricving is blah. I'm onyl 15, and I haven't been thorugh much but how do you make it stop hurting?

My father is phsyically abuse and threatening and he got arrested 2 weeks ago because he came after me with a knife .
Now on the letter in which he got Charged
it says " The state of new york " Vs " Mathew " , that's his name

what does this mean ? Me and my father has been having problems since i was a teenager , and his illogical ways have always risen questions in me .

After a huge lenghty reserarch i have found out that , my depression , my anxiety , my panic attack , everything was due to Him. and Now i have something against him . I have a recording also with me that proves that he was yelling at me the day he tried to come after me with a knife..
Will this be good enough proof for me ?

Some told me that some judges won't even allow it ?
Also ... how can i get free legal advice ?
and what does it mean by State Vs My father. What are the chances of ME going to JAIL ? ( i am very paranoid right now , since my dad , mom and bro are all against me , because i want Justice)

He has stole from me, lied to me & about me, trashed the house, screamed at his dad, disowned us, refused to introduce us to his wife, and when his daughter was first born used her to get to us. Now the daughter is not an issue because the mother brings her to see us all the time. But right before he left for Iraqi, he threw another fit because I was buying a gift for his soon-to-be born child that he doesn't want to claim - plus I found out that he had his ex-girlfriend forge his wife's name on some documents and I told him that I would not lie for him if anyone ask me about it. I do not say a word to my husband because I know he worries. I do not want anything to happen to him but I just can't worry like the others in the family do. I know that he admitted a few times that he was on drugs when he acted like he did but he is clean now. How do I bring myself to care like the rest of the family?
