Background details: trust me, I don't want this guy back. He never shared the fact he was with a new woman although he tries to get me to say if have a BF. My son told me. The only clue here was never having an real address or landline even when my son goes for visitation. Why should I pay child support so they can afford a kid of their own besides trying to raise mine? My ex-husband should be working!

Forgot to add why I know it's her: My ex always tell me I am a good mom (and even his mother says so) but emails from his account are nasty. He has never been real involved with my son's life and now he wants details that infringe on my parental rights since we don't live in same state, county or city.

Nope, I'd say that is pretty f*d up. And just let me say...I'll be damned if a girlfriend of my child's father takes my child away from me. She should have had the guts to stand on her own and have the baby if she had wanted, regardless of what he says.

In some states, you can revoke parental rights if a parent has not paid support owed. Check your state laws. I would also suggest moving and changing your number. That b*tch sounds crazy and he made her very bitter. An abortion can cause sever psychological damage and you do not want to be caught in that tornado!! Call a Family Court and know and understand your rights, and please if you don't want to move, file a restraining order against him and his wife.

Well fight like hell to keep you kid and tell the other woman to go to hell. Don't let you kid think they are the problem. Go after ex-husband for child support. In my state if you don't pay you go to jail. Good Luck.

Well, I can certainly say this is a one-sided story, but thats really not important.
There are lots of women who have the exact opposite of your problem too. They are jealous and hate the new wife and the role she is going to have in their child's life.

That did not happen to my parents. But my daddy and mom are in the process of getting a divorce right now. She is trying to get custody of us. But Daddy wants custody of us. We've told all the judges and police that we want to be with Daddy. me, my sister, and my brother have. But they don't seem to understand.
If it ever does get to the point that you have to fight for your kid, fight for him/her tooth and nail. Don't let that kid go, ever.
