my friend has heard a rumour bout his ex and a bar of chocolate penetrating a certain body part, his ex is my best mate, he constantly picks on her, how can i resolve it? do i tell her he's back-stabbing? do i tell him i know her? what do i do?

You might give him advice that he shouldn't listen to rumors and that he had something at one time with her and it would make him a better person if he did join in on the rumors. Tell him you would for one respect him even more if he did join in. It kind of surprises me that he does not know that she is your BEST MATE. That is odd to me. He must know she is your Best Mate and he must know you should have stepped up to the plate a long time ago. Yes tell him....true or not he shouldn't be joining in on the bad mouthing off his ex and your Best Mate.

Tell him the facts, you know her and that is not right for him to do the backstabbing to her. Be honest with both of them.

just to be honest..food sex is not an issue that requires coping skills and if someone is giving someone crap about it they need to be told to ***** off.... seriously thats all
