My brother in law is going through a custody battle with his daughter , he currently has custody of her and is not letting the mom see her . His sister is driving me nuts , She acts like she is the babies mom , she tells people in public that she is her mom , she takes pictures of her , her boyfriend and the baby and puts them everywhere . She even stated to me multiple times that she should have custody of the baby . She even taught the baby to call her mama . and to make the situation worse Im 4 months pregnant and she says all the time " I have the best baby in the world " OR " My baby is beautiful " . Everyone in the family sees what is going on but doesnt say anything and just lets her do what she wants , its gotten to the point where I dont want her to be anywhere near my baby because she is just going to try and make it a competiton or act like she is better than me . Any advice

My bf & I have talked about getting married he will do it becasue I want it, but to him its just a piece of paper. I dont want to marry someone who thinks that is all it is. Its like a pity marriage, I will do this just to make you happy. If it isnt important to him as well I dont want that on me. I dont know what to do. I dont want him to marry me because its what I want but I dont know what to say to show him that is more then that. Is it hopeless and I should just live with him forever, get married knowing it means nothing to him, or move on? I dont want to move on btw. Thanks.

After a conversation of laughs and few smiles, how do I get the number? Things that actually WORKS of course, lol. Don't want anything that's corny and obviously won't work. Also, give me ways to work around her saying "Why don't you give me YOUR number?" or "I don't give out my number" or "I can't give my number out" etc... you know the famous lines.

and the thing I noticed about him is that he never ask me about my past...at all. Hasnt asked about my childhood, parents, exes...nothing. Is this weird? I have asked him about all this on his end, but he never ask me. Iam 26 and he is 37. He says he cares about me and loves me but I found that his no asking me anything is weird.

ok so there was this guy who was always really flirty with me. he always caught up with me in the halls & would nudge me all the time & would get jealous when i mentioned other guys around him [so i stopped for his sake], etc.
well one day he just got mad at me out of no where. i honestly dont know what i did. i'm a really nice person and i'm never mean so i dont know what i did to get him mad. but he's absolutely not talking to me anymore. he blocked me on aim & doesnt catch up with me in the halls anymore & just refuses to talk to me! so one day i caught up with him and i tried to see what was up & i apologized [on more than one occasion] and was like will you ever be unmad at me? and he was just like no.
but lately he's been walking next to me in the halls again but if i say somethig to him he ignores me. i got a smile out of him today but he's still mad & now it's been 2 weeks and i'm really sad.
so how can I fix things? think he may/can/still does like me?

4 years ago my parents got a divorce. I have been tossed around back and forth like a football. My mom is my best friend and i strongly dislike my dad. i live at my dads right now, going to an exemplementary school. But i want to be at my mom's but their education isnt that great. My wedding date is Dec.3.Me and my husband want to renew our vows (it will be 10 years)The problem is its in winter time and I do not have a house big enough for every one.So it would have to be done outside,but then it might be to cold for the elders.My grandmother wanted me to have it in June or July.And if I have it in June can I use the winter colors for the decorations.This is the time our families get together and see me and my husband recite our vows to one another.When we got married we went to the justice of the peace.We had a lot of hard times and now we are starting over fresh.Bottom line no one thought we would last.So now we want to do this right,in front of or families.We are not having a wedding,more like an anniversary with renewing the vows with the clergy.So even though we got married in december can we do our renewal in june.I want this to be special.
