My friend was discussing discharge with me and out of the discussion I became aware that mine is apparently abnormal. I've never thought so because it's been this way since I first had sex - it's sort of lumpy, and it always smells really bad. I can't get my boyfriend to go down on me as a result. What can I do to mask the odor?

You could have chlamydia or a yeast infection. both are treatable, dont worry honey!!!! A yeast infection is the most likely cause of it. all you need is to go to your regular doctor and ask for Diflucan, its this pill you take once and it cures it WAY fast and WAY easier than using Monistat. Also, get a pap smear and they will tell you if something is abnormal. You may just have HPV (which every sexually active person has) and it could be upsetting your cells in your va-jj.

Lots of people have already suggested having a doctor check it out. There are many possibilities besides an infection though (despite how everyone is acting).

I had a GF who had a similar situation. She had what is often referred to as "female ejaculation" and it is not that uncommon. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Female_ejaculation

ADD: Though a clearish fluid is more common, it is not unknown to have an ejaculate like you describe (despite being very clean, and having regular checkups).
My former GF's was similar in having a strongly unpleasant flavor and had a distinct color and consistency. She had had former BFs that refused to please her in that way because of it.
I however am quite proud of my talents (maybe making up for laking in another department) and can be very determined. I trained myself to ignore the flavor and associate it with her highest level of pleasure. It became a mild fetish for me (we are still friends but our personalities clashed too much to keep dating).
Not everyone can train themselves like that. Do not hold it against your BF if he is not capable.

Don't just mask the odor. Go to the Gynocologist and find out if something is wrong.

Take care,
Troy

Sounds like you might have an infection, maybe a yeast infection. Go to the doctor. That's definitely not normal.

Go to see your doctor as soon as possible. It might not be anything serious, but the odor is not normal. Go to have it checked and fixed.
