For the reception or the ceremony? If it is for the reception unless there is a live band I would skip it, wedding karaoke is tacky.
For the ceremony depending on what type of ceremony there may be restrictions on what type of music can be sung. You should talk to the musicians for suggestions. Don't pick anything that is not familiar to the accompanist.

"We Are Family" by Sister Sledge
"Wind Beneath my Wings" by Bette Midler
"I'll Be There" by the Jackson 5
These are all common "sister" type songs, guaranteed to make everyone gag. How about if you just pick a song about love, like "At Last" or "From This Moment On" to serenade the happy couple with?
