Just that. I like articulate, intelligent and well spoken women. They seem to be as rare as the Holy Grail too. I find them very stimulating and they aren't afraid to speak their mind, offer their opinions or engage in discussions with you about anything and everything.
Simple minded, illiterate bimbos are a dime a dozen. More than half of them are here too it seems.

that's she's self-confident and can take care of herself. I think they like women who would do fine without them, like if he were to break her heart or leave or something- if she gave him a chance, of course.

For me and my bf, its probably because he doesnt have quite the expansive vocabulary as I do and finds it quite impressive. He once asked me how to spell "does." he said it was spelled like "douse". Its ok though, I love him to death.
