Im wondering when, you as a female, want your man to give you a white lie. Some of you will want to say "its never ok..." But, seriously and what about the rest of you-- What do you not want to hear from him and wish he would avoid telling you the whole truth and it would be ok with you.

Okay, I just turned 18 like a month ago so therefore I have no credit or anything like that. I am attending college but I am living at home too. I need to move out of my house becuase Honestly, I cant take it anymore. Should I pay 6,000 dollars more to move into a dorm with another guy? Or should i drop out of college for this year and get a job w/ an apartment. The thing is, is that when my girlfriend graduates from highschool this year, we are going to go out of state for college so i have to wait. So if I dropped out I know for a fact I would go back. But if I drop out will it show on like my record that I'm a college dropout? Ugh...Please help me!! I need out of this house NOW!

My ex and I broke up about 7 YEARS AGO. However, we have remained in touch since then. When we meet up, we're always out drinking and one thing leads to another. My question is: WHY is it that we are both in relationships BUT still call or text one another? It happens probably every couple of months?! Sometimes when we are out but other times when we're not. He's told me he never wants to marry me, etc. but still calls. HELP! He has been there for me during tramatic times (yrs later, after our break up) so he isn't necessarily just about hooking up. HELP!

Two years ago, my husband tore my world apart by telling me he had slept with a co-worker. For a week, we tried to work it out, but after that, he told me he wanted a divorce. He has been with her ever since and I have been putting my life together again with my daughter. I can even say I'm happy and I'm doing okay. So here it is - my sister, who is six months pregnant, told me last night that she and her husband are having a daughter (had the ultrasound that day) and that they were going to name her Petra, which horrifyingly enough, is the name of the woman my ex is with now. Everytime I hear her name, I still almost feel like dying inside, and I just can't believe my sister could do this. She said she's always loved this name so much and that maybe this will be a way for me to heal and not associate the name with so much hatred. She also said I hear the name anyway from my daughter. I just can't believe she could be this cruel to me - how can I ever forgive her?

who is a secretary, and seems like he is taking great advantage of me coz I make lit more money than him...
Even before we decided to rent this place , he told me that he doesn't make a lot of money and somehow talked me into paying 55% of the rent. saying that I will get the larger master bedroom (Double master suite, both about same size). So I agreed based on sympathy.
Now, he consistently mentions that I since I make more money than him thus I should also pay a larger portion of electricity bill... and he always keeps the fan in his bathroom on and keeps the air conditioning so cold even when I was very sick.
What can I do in order to start equally split the rent again, and stop him from using my higher income as an excuse to pay more of our bills?
Every time we tried to talk, he would be like "good that we're talking", then he would start mentioning about my income and how difficult it is for him to pay bills (and he just got engaged and bought a new Tundra)... dunno wud to do

my husband of 7 years makes no effort in our relationship. He is a dedicated man, and works very hard to provisde a very nice life, but in general he has no interest in having a relationship with me, he is happy with our roles, me , the house maker, him the provider.
Our anniversary was not long ago, he didnt take the time to even buy me a card. It made me feel super crummy,
but he always makes ways for everyone else, he'll travel to meet others needs. not a one time occasion but more freaquently then ever.
I am so lost in where we are, and I keep trying to get back on track, he shows no interests.
what can i do? I feel like I am reaching the end. help.

I'm a young adult now and there's this girl that I've been very close friends for years now and I know I'm in love with her, me and her are just a like but in those years I never asked her and then when I went to college i decided that i would just wait to go out with her after I get out of college but in the time she had a boyfriend that they have been dating for a couple years now and she is now pregnant, which she is still a teen and know she isn't happy. What should I do? Should I try and get with her (which I think I'm pretty sure she feels the same way about me) or should I let them be a family? I don't know what to do, it's been on my mind for months now, I know my family would be very against it and I know my friends would clown me but I know I love her and most of me just wants to be with her... any advice will be helpfull, I'm just lost

My husband and I have been married for 8 years and have 3 kids. 4 months ago I found out he had an affair w/a prostitute on a business trip, he gave her his cell and I found a text from her. After he admitted it, he went to counseling for a while and said he would try to change the things he felt led up to the affair, like being a workaholic. At first he was changing, then once he got too comfy he slipped back into his old ways of putting his job before family. I felt like I was in this marraige alone and started to try to figure out how I was going to leave and be a single mom of 3 kids, I had no job, i was a stay at home mom. My husband and I had a good dating relationship. Then one morning at 4:30am he got a text. He said it was a girl he use to talk to. He called her in front of me and said he was seeing me and couldn't talk to her anymore. I was thought that was cool. Then I found strange numbers showing up on our cell bill. It was her number. Whats a good gift idea thats pretty general like flowers or a bear but isnt as cliche or average? Not chocolates either.. I know its hard to come up with them on the fly but im having a little trouble thinking of something suprising. I am a stay at home mom to two little girls. My fiance is self employed, and his job involves a LOT of after-hours work and preparation. I have to do my job all day, then when he comes home I have to do MY job and his. There's no extra money coming in so we can't afford daycare for the kids, so that I can get a job. There's just enough $ to pay the bills, nothing extra like going out, and I'm starting to feel like I'm in a cage or something. Everytime I try to tell him how I feel he basically says it's his way or the highway, and we end up in a screaming match and nothing gets resolved. I get so PO'd at him sometimes that I just want to knock some sense into him. What an overbearing, arrogant as.s!

Ok I work at a gym at the front desk. I am in college and have only worked there about a month now. Well I am a pretty shy and reserved person.. well today after work, the manager which is also a personal trainer, called me into his office to tell me that I am not being outgoing and high strung like he wants me to be and that he wants me to pretty much be jumping at people when they walk in the door. Well I am just not that person and I tell ppl hello, how are you, and goodbye, have a nice day when they leave very nicely and the manager says I am doing the "bare minimum." I really dont think he likes me b/c I dont flirt with him or wear revealing clothes like some of the other girls do. He is always rude to me and acts like he dont really like me or want me there. I get alot of compliments from customers at work, thats why I dont understand why he is telling me all this. I think he is making excuses to let me go even tho he said he would give me a 2nd chance. What should I do?

iam a 32 yr old married for 8 yrs. prior to my wedding had a boyfriend, due to circumstances we were seperated by our families. After 15 yrs, we have met and our past realtionship has made our hearts come close to each other again. Both of us are happy with our respective married lives and both of us have children. He's mentally disabled & living in a group home in Baton Rouge, LA. They treat him poorly, they steal from him, & the staff mentally abuses him. He's 30 yrs. old & wants his independence. They have a 10-minute phone limit, he gets no privacy, he has to eat what they feed him, & he can't go where he wants. They control his money & won't even tell him how much income he receives. He has a right to know since it's HIS money. & they take $400/month for rent, which is understandable, but what do they do with the other $200 that they're not giving him? They treat him like he's in prison. I currently live in Texas, & I would like to take him in. He has a hard time trusting me, since my other sisters & brothers & my parents misused his money & treated him poorly. I'm not like that. I'll pay all the bills & help him get his GED & won't give him restrictions on his money spending, & I won't deprive him of food like they did. They'd take his money & spend it on groceries & wouldn't let him eat.
