"Sexual harassment" is a very interesting issue.

AND WOMEN ONLY CALL IT THAT,
WHEN THEY DON'T LIKE IT.
You just proved that point.

You already LIKE the guy . . . . so YOU DON'T consider it "sexual harassment".

Another woman does NOT like the guy and suddenly exactly the same behavior is called "sexual harassment".

So you will notice that the line between "sexual harassment" and "flirting" exists ONLY IN HER HEAD.

"WHAT GIVES?" . . . . is RIGHT. - LOL!!!

Example:

Some unattractive guy approaches her and says "hey baby, let's get it ON", or makes a physical move on her. . . . . she will call it "harrassment".

BRAD PITT says "hey baby, let's get it ON" and makes a move on the same woman . . . . . and she will be on her back with her legs in the air faster than she can say "ANGELINA WHO?".

LOL!!!

When a woman IS IN LOVE with a man, and he anonymously leaves a dozen roses on her doorstep . . . she will think it is one of the most ROMANTIC things he could possibly do for her.

When a woman IS NOT in love with a man, and he anonymously leaves a dozen roses on her doorstep . . .

. . . .POOF!!! He's a "STALKER".

LMAO!!!!! But 100% true.

So . . . "what gives"???

We'll leave it up to the ladies to figure that one out.

;)

Where did this happen? If it happened at work, hugs are usually inappropriate and could be taken that way. Usually any type of that activity is inappropriate in the workplace and is dealt with pretty severely. If this happened at school, then it may have been a violation of the rules.

Lots of girls dont like the touchy feely type im sure that he did not do anything really wrong at all so i wouldnt worry about it. if all he does is hug people then hes not dangerous or anything he just sounds like hes very open go for it im sure he would be a great guy.

Big area. If someone is offended by what is being done, can be considered harassment. This includes something as simple as hug. Even if it was something that someone observed, but not actually done to them. If it offended them, it could be considered as well.

Sexual harassment started out as.... you give me a bj or I will fire you .... now if a guy says "broad" in front of a girl she cries "sexual harassment!!!!" and wants his balls and $$$$$. Who said life is fair.

A key component to sexual harassment is "unwanted attention" - you already said you like him a lot so its not unwanted and therefore not sexual harassment.

If the other girl didn't like it, or the hug was forced, that's sexual harassment.

Maybe he liked that girl a littleeee too much.

And grabbed her or something.
I'm sure it wasn't just for a hug.
