We don’t have the funds for a wedding reception…so, we were thinking of just getting married (maybe Vegas) without the reception and just out to dinner with close family…now, I really want to experience the whole father daughter dance and our first dance and the cutting of the cake…but, my fiancé rather save the money that we would need to use for something wiser like, getting our house, or for (future) children…

Has any one just had the ceremony and not the reception? And how did it turn out and do u regret it?? This is a very hard choice for me…I know that it shouldn’t matter, but, it’s a once in a life thing and I just want it to be nice…is it ok not to have a reception???

we`ve been friends for a while, and hes always stuck by me through everything all the boy problems and he has always just been there and i now he has always liked me and we went on vacation with eachother this year and we held hands, but nothin happened after and this past weekend we were @ our friends house and i fell asleep and he carried me downstairs i woke and he was rubbing my back, and we just laid there and cuddled, and its like i realized that i loved this kid all along, but now since im texting him and giving him more attention i think hes scared, hes never had his first kiss before and ive had more experience and i dont want him 2 think i expect that from him at all. i dont no what to say to him to make him understand how i feel about him

My wifes ex husband and she divorced in May of 2006. They agreed to joint custody of the child (one week with him and one with us). Also...He has been paying her Child Support since the divorce was final. Once the divorce was final...he moved back home with his mom and dad and has been living with them along with his two brothers who are older than him. Needless to say...it's a very chaotic household over there. Since that happened...she has wanted full custody of the child...but we can't really afford a lawyer. About a month ago...he lost his job. It seems he's in no hurry to go back to work...and so now he's decided that his best option is to file for full custody of the 5 year old so he won't have to pay child support anymore. My wife and I both work...so we do pretty well and we have a nice home...but like I said...we really don't have enough money for a lawyer. His mom is paying for his...so he's set. I need to know if we can win full custody without a lawyer. Any suggestions?

For an estranged husband to tell his 7 year old son to hit his mother with a cricket bat, call her a f*cking b*tch and a wh*re and to tell him to destroy another person's property, namely a bicycle? Or if he uses the 7 y/o to gain access to his estranged wife's flat and assaults her, punching her in the back of the head twice? Ok at school today I saw my crush Evan and most of my friends thinks he likes me because he always sits next to me and because my friends say he's always flriting with me. So I wanted to hang out with him today and just hang, but what stoped me from doing that was because at break he was sitting with a bunch of girls and he was talking to them and he didn't even hang out with his real friends just the girls throught the whole 15 min. My ex-husband filed on me for full custody of our son in Oct 06 and will not let me see my son when it is my turn. We have been divorced with shared parenting since 2003 with no problems. My attorney has filed several indirect contempt charges on my ex-husband for not following our divorce decree on visitations. Plus he filed taxes each year when it states in the decree he is not suppose to. None of this has been heard in court or to anyone and it's been almost a year since this started. I have paid almost 10,000 for my case and now I hear nothing from no-one, attorney,Guardian Ad Litem no-one and I still do not get to see my son when it is my turn. I need some advice. I don't have the money to keep this going. P.S. My ex in contempt on other things that pertain to my divorce decree as well but nothing has been done.

ok so the guy i really like (and im pretty sure he likes me too) was sitting in my seat on the bus this morning.. almost every wednesday i go with my friend to church, but after church she always wants to go to sonic, but i never have any money with me. her grandparents are like..rich, so she gets like 20$ every week. my parents, not so much. i dont even get an allowance. so for the pas couple of times, shes been buying me some stuff, but i feel rly bad about taking her money. and she always acts like its no big deal but it is. and i dont want her grandparents to think that im only her friend for her money cuz thats not true. but everytime my friend asks her grandma to take us to sonic, her grandma always says something like "i hope u BOTH have money" and it makes me feel really bad. but my friend is like the best friend in the whole world, so i dont wanna stop going to church with her because i have no money. and i just feel like the stupid little poor kid cuz now ive just been saying: no thanks im not hungry" but she knows i am. i want to go to church tonight but i cant stand feeling poor. help.

O.K. Here's the story. My husband's long, long time ago ex- girlfriend wrote a letter to him. I opened the letter as my husband was at work when we recieved the letter. It didn't say anything out of the way and She really has no reason to communicate with him. He was very angry that she got our address from his supposed friend. He was even more angry with her because she showed signs of complete instability over the past. She tattooed his nickname on her arm 1 year after they seperated among other crazy things. When I told him he had recieved the letter, the first thing out of his mouth was I DON'T EVEN WANT TO KNOW!! He is completely loyal to me and cheating is not a problem here. I was just wondering how you all would feel if this were to happen to you.

He is an elderly man but is sooooo anoying!!!! He takes care of yard like it's his prized posstion. He gets up like at 5am and is loud!!!!! My bedroom looks out to his yard and scince it's been hot I leave my window open. He yells at us when were're outside telling us to stay off his lawn when were're not even near his property!!!! He gives us evil glares and sometimes he will come outside yelling at no one!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!! I've already tried to be annoying on purpose like playing my music loud, put a dead bird on his lawn and threw a dead rat in his backyard. I know it's mean but what else can I do?!!!! Ok, I've looked thru lots of the questions and answers and haven't found what I'm looking for. This is sooo embarassing to have to ask but.....HOW do I not use my teeth?
