An old friend of my older sister found me on facebook and we decided to become friends. For awhile she would get mad at little things like how I speak or like if i dont understand what shes saying. Now she decided not to be my friend because we are not compatible. She says she wants a friend who likes the same things as she does. But If she was a good friend wouldnt she be my friend for who I am?

You just answered your own question, and you did it beautifully. So what do you need us for?

sounds like she doesn't know how to be friends. having new friends opens you to new things whether you like them or not. a friend might get mad at little things, but would quickly get over it. wouldn't you rather have a friend that likes the same things as you anyways.

You are right. If she was a good true friend she would like you for who you are. Move on.

Yes. She doesn't want a friend, she wants a doll she can control. Be yourself and don't worry about her. She wasn't your friend to begin with.
