First of all, has she ever even spoken a word to you?
Ask yourself has there any been hinters that she likes me?
Really think and ask yourself, "am I her type?", "am I attractive to her?"
Make a move and start a converstaion, don't rush and ask her out, girls feel uncomfortable. Get to know her and find something in common, if it REALLY GOES WELL.
