The fact that the spelling is far from phonetic - the same combinations of letters can stand for totally different words, like the "ough" in "tough", "though", "drought", etc.

Should I stay away from reds & pinks because it is sweetest day... or should I go with reds and pinks, I was kind of thinking a light pink with brown, or like a burnt orange and buttercup yellow. I want two colors just having a hard time choosing. Please help!!!!

My husband was dating this girl about 7 monthes. To cut to the chase he was abt 2 marry her but wen i caught him he call everything off. I been with this man almost 6 years & was suppose 2 to get married September 26,2007. I don't wear a lot of makeup but I do wear some. Sometimes in the morning do to allergies and aging skin, my eyes are puffy underneath. Actually sometimes it lasts all day. My hear is kind of on the dry side so in the morning it looks awful. I guess what I'm saying is I feel I look like a wreck in the morning. I guess I'm not a natural beauty. This actually hinders me. I broke up with someone of 8 years about a year ago. I'm afraid to get close to someone because I'm afraid once they see me, really me they'll leave. The last guy and I had many problems but 1 thing he had was he could see me anyway and he looked at me the same. How many guys if you got to know someone, and then down the road saw them like this would stick around?

My eldest son is almost 11 years old. He is very careless. I know that kids r like that at this age, but he is extreme, he forgets his gloves, lunch box, jacket, homework books, hats almost every day. he lost so many things, If somehow he manages to bring them from school he left them in the car. If his teacher gives something to sign he forgets to tell me. now he has started lying to me too, like he said "i'll keep my juice bottle in school from now" I know that he just forgot to bring it back. its not about little things it's about responsibility. Is there any way I can change his habits

I posted recently about my breakup and had some great responses. The quick recap is that my fiance broke things off 5 weeks ago and after speaking with her sister I was told that she needed some space alone to work out what she wanted (that she wasn't 100% sure about not being together). Her sister said I should keep in light contact, being friendly and happy. I have sent two emails now (once per week); the first asking if it was okay with her - which she said yes to. The second was a follow up to a couple of questions she asked. Her first response was cold and short, the second much longer and friendlier (still no "love" on the end ;)). My question is this, does this mean anything, the contact, or am I just playing with heartbreak. I love her so deeply and I believe we are soul-mates and that timing in our lives was difficult. She's not the kind of person to play mind games but I wonder if she's doing it for me rather than her ... As I said the second email was friendlier in tone.

i have a 19 year old sister, she is driving my family apart.... since she was about 16 she has slowly been getting worse. She lies, steals and drinks excessively. My parents have given her the world hoping that she would realize how lucky she is to have everything that she does. She repeatedly lies to my parents and steals their money. Also we have found empty glasses and achohol containers in her car when she showed up at home with out her car... drinking and driving? She does not have a job and refuses to get one if she has to wear any sort of a uniform. She honestly lives in a fantasy world where she thinks she can do what ever she wants. My parents are at their witts end and they are talking about divorce and it is all because of the stress that she causes them i need some advice on what to do. Someone please help me help my family.

A former friend of mine has been cheating on her husband for the past 6 years. Her husband works out of town and I've seen her with different men and even brings her men to her home. Ok, this may be a little odd, but I need to find out how to look up the cause of death of a person. The parent of a child-hood friend (I fell out of touch with her and her family) died a month ago and I would like to know how. The "ex" friend of mine is kind of a liar and has been saying for years that her mom had cancer, but when I looked up the obituary for her mother (I didn't believe that her mom even died because she's lied about so much stuff) it didn't say what the cause was....I feel really bad about all of this, but I need to know, I can't trust the friend and I can't really get a hold of the family ya know? Please help me out...
