mysister had an open house after she built her 300,000.00 house amd didn't invite me nor any o my family. i didn't know about it til my counsin told me 6 years later. should i still be hurt over this, or am i just wasting time thinking about it. i did ask my sister why and she said you would not have enjoyed it anyway! i told her that it hurt me. it was a big deal, catering and stuff.

How many guys out there have dated a woman because she is a "Nice Person". Then after a while of dating you proposed to her and she accepted. Only to find yourself engaged to a lady that you do not find yourself sexually attracted to (either because her looks were "okay" or she was too "maternal" looking or whatever...) You do not want to break off the engagement because she is after all a WONDERFUL LADY. She is either sweet, responcible, would make a great mom, not a big spender, laughs at your jokes, in other words she is very a practical choice. You might regret letting her go because she is a smart choice for marriage and starting a family. But let's face the truth. She definately does not have you on FIRE! She does not rock your world inside and out. You are not so enamored with her that you cannot see straight. Would you marry this gal and if so, why?

Many months ago I found out he had made friends with a 23 year old girl that works at a gas station close to our home. I found out that he was talking to her daily, going to her place of business several times a week, lent her money to pay her cell phone bill etc. One night she called when we were at Applebee's and he disappeared for 10 minutes. After Applebee's I had to run into Garden Ridge. When I came out 5 minutes later he was nowhere to be found. Upon calling his cell phone I could tell he was on the other phone. When I asked who he was talking to he said he was calling me. Well, it clicked, and I asked for his cell phone and saw a number I did'nt know. Upon conforting him he said it was that girl and that she was going through a hard time with her husband. He swears they were only friends. I gave him a choice to either give up the friend or me. He said their was no choice and has, to my knowledge, quit talking to her. 5 months later I can't get over it. What do I do?

seriously how do you bounce back if you really loved your wife but she had a mental condition that couldn't make her commit or keep her stable in a marriage. On top on going through a divorce finding out 1 month after your marriage ended that you're going to get laid off and possible lose everything you have. How do you bounce back after all those setbacks? it's hard to hold my head up right now.

Today my guy friend & I were about to go bike riding when his little brother asked if he could come to. My guy friend looked annoyed and when his mom came outside he made a really lame exuse for why his little brother shouldn't come: "he's gonna get hit by a car", although he already almost did & he explained that to his mom. but still, to me, that exuse just seemed a little lame. His brother ended up not going cuz his mom didn't want him to anyway. My friend usually looks kind of tense around me & is rather quiet, until we start laughing or after a while when he gets more comfortable I guess. He'll talk. He even asked me how being a freshman was. A lot of times, he'll say "let's go to your room". When we do, he sits on my bed and asks what I wanna do usually, or sometimes just walks around and looks at random stuff in my room. He never flirts or asks personal questions tho. by the way, he's 13. I'm 14.

My birthday is this Wednesday and my husband and I have had plans to go out Saturday night for about 2 months now, with a few close friends. It is a big deal to me because I just had a baby 3 months ago and this will be our first time going out in over a year now. Anyways I'm very excited about it and all, but then my hubby announces that plans are off and he's spending the weekend with his kid, who never even comes to see him!!! I think this is so unfair, afterall the kid never comes and We already had plans and dinner reservations. How can he just cancel on me like this on my birthday, when I'm sooo excited ? I am so angry right now!!!

i really really likED this guy but today in gym he basicelly through a hissy fit b/c the teacher wasn't paying attention so he gave me another hit (we were playing softball) well i was smiling b/c it was 2 outs and i got another try well b/c of that he starting saying that there's no way i'll get a run now and i've playted softball and track for 5 years so i could have easily got a homerun but i let them win b/c it really was cheating but know i apousoultelly hate this guy b/c he's so stucked up when we play sports in gym.

what do i do?

Well, there is no one that I really like or think is cute anymore. Like, any guys I think of just don't seem cute. My daughter hangs around girlfriends that sometimes cuss. Problem is when I say the slightest thing against what she wants to hear I am called a *****? I have gotten mad, expressed my hurt etc... My partner of 3 years ended it because i asked for a future with him. Our relationship was fantastic for the first year or so, but my depression made it difficult sometimes and he wasn't very good with talking. We still had loads of fun, amazing sex and went on holidays and he was really in love with me. But over time and if i mentioned the future he would back off. I said to him one weekend away. 'Its been 3 years now, are we going to stay like this for ever or are we going to committ to each other in the future'? He didn't answer so a couple of months later i asked him if we could move in together in 6months or so. He told me he couldn't offer me a future because he didn't feel it in his heart. he wanted to be single again. He also said other things that didn't really make any sense. But i feel that my depression and me bringing up the future must of put him off. Do you think i ruined this and should i have been happy with just having him in my life. Could we start again?
