Maybe you have bad breath? Maybe she's afraid she has bad breath? Maybe she has an infected tooth or gums and it's painful?
There could be a lot of reasons. Have you asked her?
If you've asked and she doesn't give you an answer that has a solution, that seems suspicious to me. Has any of her other behavior changed?
Chances are it's related to dental hygine - yours or hers. Maybe she's afraid to bring it up because she doesn't want to hurt your feelings.
If you don't get regular dental checkups, start with that. If you don't floss regularly, start doing that a few times a week (those handy-dandy flossers that look like a toothbrush make it real easy). If you smoke and she doesn't maybe start smoking less, or during the day when you aren't around her, and pop a breath mint before you see her next.
The last thing that comes to mind goes back to the suspicion. Maybe she has started smoking if she didn't use to, and she doesn't want you to know.

Wow... I am the opposite, I wish I could get kissed more!! Try keeping your breath fresh and your lips feeling good? I use Softlips chap stick so mine are always soft. (It doesn't have any mineral oil in it, so your lips get conditioned) Good luck!

Have you recently started growing a beard? That is a serious turn-off for some women. Not to mention, the stuble hurts when kissing.

Try following her style. She may be looking for more or less passion. Also, she is not going to want to be intimate unless she is happy with the other things going on that day. Unlike men, women do not often relieve their stress through sex or kissing - it is annoying unless you are at peace.
