She just wants your attention. She thinks by throwing little fits you are going to come running after her. This must be how she gets her way at home. She likes to argue with you because you are focusing on her. You have two options, you can give her her way and lavish her with attention, or you can ignore her cries for attention and deal with her drama. I'd think once she realizes it's not working she'll stop but things are going to get a bit bumpy first.

It doesn't sound like she is argumentative, it sounds as though she is a spoiled brat. Did she say hi to you? Who says you have to be the first one to acknowledge a person? Some people are just plain miserable. There isn't much you can do about it. If that is how she wants to live her life then let her. Don't feel obligated to be her friend, not if she is like that towards you more often than not. Life is too short to surround ourselves with negativity. Tell her how you feel. If she gets mad and storms off then tell her she is no friend.

Me personally, more than likely terminate the friendship. I cant stand being around people that want you to walk on thin ice around them.
I dunno, i wouldnt consider someone my friend that would get so upset about something so silly. If she was a true friend she would at the very least try to find out why you didnt say hi before snapping off.
Its not the quanity of friends but the quality of the friendship you do have.

Well, basically tell her what you notice about her. Maybe she doesn't realize what she's doing.
Be who you are and say what you feel
Because those that matters, don't mind
And those that mind, don't matter....-quoted by unknown(forgot)
But yes, like the quote says....speak your mind. Tell her what you feel about how she is reacting and how it's affecting you by the way she acts towards you. And if she does not listen, "THOSE THAT MIND, DON'T MATTER." If she values your friendship, than she will listen to what you have to say. If she's stubborn, than let her live her life the way she wants and know that you tried to resolve it, but don't have to deal with her if she is not willing to listen as a friend.

Never accept 2nd class behavior from the people you surround your self with. When she storms off, chuckle about how silly she looks. When she argues just say I respect your opinion but mine differs.

Well, I think you should talk to her about it. Tell her that you dont like it when she just gets angry at you for such stupid reasons.
If that does not work out then do the same thing that she does then maybe she will learn from what you are doing that it is stupid to get angry at people for something so stupid.
hope this helps you

i know what you do. Ignore her because theres nothing you can say to appeal to her logic. Besides real friends don't just go off the deep end at eachother because i didnt say hi oh no the world is over
