Family & Relationships - 2 September 2007

Friday morning, my husband and I found out that he has incurable cancer and will be lucky to make it through Christmas. We are both doctors at a local hospital, and he asked if I had any desire to quit work and us (me and him) travel the world for a couple months(its something he’s always wanted to do and we always said we would after we retired). I would absolutely love to, but we have 5 kids (all are out of the house as my husband and I both are in our late 50s) and I worry that they will be uspet about not being able to spend there fathers last few months with him. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

please help i dont know what i should do now iam 19 and my mom and i own are own daycare so i cant get off the paperwork iam stuck with it she sold my car the other day for 1000 and she got it for nothing but i spent money fixing and paying everything to get it going she just bought a brand new car and wont really let me drive it and now shes saying shes going to pay off this new car and get me a car in a year shes also talking **** about me when iam not around and actting as though shes sick of being with me all the time we are very close and iam not trying to make my mom out to be a bad person iam just stuck if i were to talk to her about it shell just end up screaming at me and iam not wanting to hear it anymore ive never done anything really wrong in my life and she my best friend but i have no car and the job i do have i dont get paid but i get free room and board i dont really have alot of friends due to the daycare iam just really stuck what should i do to get my life back

once, after a quarrel with him, i smsed him, saying do you love me? and he did not reply. i was dsapponited but i did not blame him.

a few days later, i smsed him again, are you happy being with me? he did not reply too. i was very disappointed and i went to ask him face to face whether he was happy with me. his answer was maybe. i told him that is he could not even answer such a question, we should break up. we had a good talk together and cried. he then told me he loved me a lot and was happy to be with me.

even after our break up, we continued chatting on the phone and even meeting up. he even kissed me twice on the lips but have apologized for doing so.

i asked him if there was a chance for us being together again, he said, not for now. was i wrong to jump to a conclusion that he didnt love me anymore just because he didnt reply my sms? i still love him a lot.what should i do now?

1- I have blue eyes and nobody in my family has (my grandfather has green)

2-I have black hair but all my family has light brown or brownish-blonde

3-My family has an accent when they talk but I don't

My favorite cousin lives in Washington State, and I live in Connecticut. We only get to go to Washington to visit him, my other cousin, and my grandma like every other year, but this year we didn't get to go. Lately, I've been really upset about it. I cried myself to sleep last night.

The one way I've been able to talk to my cousin is through myspace. I don't have one because my dad doesnt like myspace so i use my friends to talk to him. (yes she gave me permission) and my dad goes crazy with the parental controls on the computer and he BLOCKED MYSPACE. its the only I'm able to talk to him and now I'm even more upset.

It's taking over my life. I already said how I cried myself to sleep, and then right when I woke up this morning, I was thinking of him.

Help please? I don't know what to do.

How many of you have hubbys that have jobs outside the home, that they go to 8 hours a day with a maybe 1 hour commute at most each way? How many of those husbands tell you that you have an easy job? How many of them don't realize that they clock out of their job when they leave to come home and you can never clock out? There is always laundry to be done. There is always rooms to clean. Dishes to be washed. Floors that need to be cleaned. Bathrooms that always seem to need to be cleaned. I am a mother of 3 children, ages 5 and under. I am constantly the nurse, the teacher, the playmate, the chauffeur, the maid, the cook, the police officer etc. I don't clock out at 4:30 and don't get to put down my duties at the end of an 8 hour day. I am often up in the middle of the night with sick or scared children. Children who have had wet of their bed (so therefore doing laundry at 3 in the morning) you get the picture here.
Want to give them one of those V8 type smacks in da head?

My girlfriend and I are dating for over 3 years. I am 18 and she is 16. I gotten my girlfriend pregnant. When she first told me and showed me the test, I got really scared. I ran off. This would be my 1 and a half month without being with my girlfriend (she is 2 month pregnant). I know that she is feeling sad and depressed that I ran off on her. I realize something after being more than a month without her. I need to support her and our unborn kid. I've done the biggest mistake. I want her to take me back. I'm still very much in love with her. I think she told her friends and family that I ran off already. How am I suppose to get a good reputation with her friends and family again and gain my girlfriend's trust again? Should I be worried about her filing a legal action (on underage sex)? I am really glad that she isn't seeing anyone as of right now. I really want to be with my girlfriend again and support her. I know I won't run off on her ever again. I know she's the one for me.

I changed my diet about 6 months ago and as a result have lost around a stone and a half, i excercise a lot and think i look pretty good. The six pack is not far away. My sister who is used to seeing me a bit heavier thinks i should put weight back on. Do women prefer a man with a few extra pounds or a six pack. Not a poser, just wanted to get in shape. I weigh around the 9.5 stone mark or 60.35 kg. or 133 pounds and am 5ft 8.
