I changed my diet about 6 months ago and as a result have lost around a stone and a half, i excercise a lot and think i look pretty good. The six pack is not far away. My sister who is used to seeing me a bit heavier thinks i should put weight back on. Do women prefer a man with a few extra pounds or a six pack. Not a poser, just wanted to get in shape. I weigh around the 9.5 stone mark or 60.35 kg. or 133 pounds and am 5ft 8.

Women like men with confidence, who are comfortable with themselves, so whatever makes you feel good is best!

You need to trust your own judgment on this one, but I think you may have lost a bit too much weight. I dont think 9.5 stone is heavy enough for someone who is 5ft 8. Maybe check that out with a Dr.

My ex went on a diet and lost a lot of weight, and he looked good - until he lost too much and then just looked gaunt and unattractive. (not why we split)

Keep eating healthy - don't be one of these men who says they will only eat one meal a day until they lose the weight. - not attractive and not healthy.

Trust yourself and be honest with yourself.

this is gonna sound cheesey but different people want different things. congrats on the weight loss-first off! second-do what you want to do for YOU! people really do need to like you for you-not your body. the same is true for a woman. if yu feel comfortable in your skin and you are healthy-then you stay that way and find a woman who respects how you feel. other wise they arent worth it. for example-what if you find a woman who is in love w/your body and yous stay together-down the road, you pack on some pounds (a lot or even just a few) is she gonna be there when you arent the way you were? for classy women (sounds like they would be old but not nesc. the case) wieght isnt an issue. its the whole package-mind body and soul.
stick to your guns and make yourself happy, you WILL find someone is out there who feels the same. dont lower your standards to suit someone else!

Women like different things. My man is smaller than me. Way stronger, (great arms), but he has like zero body fat and is in great shape. Not skinny just, not fat (muscle). That's what I like !
I used to be w/ this bear of a man, (a wonderful man) that made me feel like nothing not even a hurricane could hurt me, but all in all as far as looks go, muscle and a toned body make my heart and stomach do a flip (still 13 years later). Love in the equation does help a woman figure out just how much she likes something!

I personally dont mind. I love a six pact, but not if its a six pact that you got from loosing weight.I like it to be earned and alot of woman dont like dating a man who is skinnier then them, but a man with abit of weight on them is ok. It is not somehthing thats a big deal, just as long as you are not to big.

Women don't like men that are too fat and on the other hand too skinny.

60kg is getting on the light side. I think you need to start building muscle and if you gain weight that is muscle then there is nothing wrong with that.

Good on you for the weight loss keep it up. No self respecting woman wants to be seen out with a man that is a fat bloater, it's embarassing and it looks ridiculous.

I never cared for too much muscle definition. I would rather have a guy with a few extra pounds than washboard abs, but it's up to you, what do you feel more comfortable with?

I say the size you are is fine, you don't wanna lose to much weight and besides it sounds like your height goes with your weight. However, if you ask me I thnk it's kind of sexy to for a guy to have a little thickness to him but in a sexy way. :-)
