The reason i ask is because one yahoo member stated that, and this is kind of how i was feeling, but i hate to believe it because i have invested time and taken so much crap from this relationship from his daughter becasue he is truly kind to me. Do u think he is just using me as a substitue until his daughter gets older. I just wonder what kind of relationship him and his daughter really have without sound presumptuious

Hello, I have a very strange problem. I have a girlfriend of 3years, we have a good relationship together, its just there is this one girl who I see who comes into my work ( i work part time at myer) and when i see her, Its love at first sight, everything about her I like looks, the way she walks. Im just so attracted to her that its scary. I feel like approaching her and giving her my number or at least try to make conversation with her. The problem is, I have a girlfriend.. what the hell am I thinking! Ive been thinking about her for days now, and I dont know whats wrong with me, i haven't even spoken to her yet and I feel like this, Why am i so attracted to her?, the other guys think shes nothing special, but I somehow have a connection to her and Its scary because im not usually like that.

I dont know if i should try talk to her and become friends, because i dont want to feel anything more for this person as i dont want to hurt my girlfriend.
Has anyone else been through this?

The more I think about this I start getting angry. I was really thirsty and asked him to get me a drink, and he told me to wait until 1/2 time. It seemed like 1/2 time was years away and I was getting desperate for a drink. He was visiting with his family and It was pouring down rain and about an hour later, he decided to get me the drink. If I had known I was going to stand in the rain while he visited with his friends and family and ignore me. I would not have gone. I think he is a user and control freak. Next time he wants sex, I am going to tell him we will do it when I get time. What do you think? Whats with him? He knew I did not have a nickel on me when we left home and assured me it was ok, he would pay.

My bf and i have been together about 8 months now and usually get along pretty good.. there's the occasional irritating things each of us do however nothing major.
Well recently he had a new girl start working with him (he is the one who hired her). anyway she is very very beautiful.. its obvious and i know he sees it as well. Anyway i've been feeling very very insecure since she started (my last bf left me for the new girl at work). I am having a hard time trusting either of them esp. when they'll be spending so much time together.

Well tonight i asked him about her and he got mad. started acting like a real asshole and told me he'd dump me if i started crying! wtf right? I'm embarassed to be so insecure like this but i can't stand the thought of losing him. anyway things haven't been the same between us since she started. =(

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 4 years. He's great, we have our problems like every couple, but overall the relationship is great. We were watching "Dog the Bounty Hunter", a show about a family who work in the bail bonds industry, when I just playfully asked him if he'd ever been to jail. To my surprise he says yes. I ask him what for and he tells me, "I don't want to talk about it."

Excuse me? Red flags are going up for me! I can't imagine what could be so bad that he doesn't want to tell me about it--we're really honest and talk about everything. I just can't imagine why he won't tell me, so of course my mind is just going crazy trying to figure this one out.

What would you guys do?

I've been dating this white boy for a while now and we just had sex for the first time. When I saw his thingy I couldn't believe how small it is. He says it's 7 in but its more like 6! When I told my girlfriend she was laughing and told me all white guys are like that. Before I've only been with 2 blk guys and they were both huge. With him I didn't feel that much. My boyfriend and i separated mainly due to the fact that he wanted to give his daughter time to get used to him being with another woman outside of his ex-wife. We met in january of this year and things were going great until his 8 year old daughter felt that i was taking up to much of daddies time. We have gone around in circles trying to keep our relationship intact. my husband has a best friend. his friend, is somewhat of a "bad kid". he cheats on his wife, does drugs, drinks, hits his wife, mentally abuses her, and dosent work. he also has a daughter on the way, and says he's leaving once the baby gets here. he says he acts the way he does, because he is a man, and will not let his wife walk all over him. the problem is, my husband is nothing like his friend, untill they start hanging around each other alot. yesterday, they were all here watching movies, and i asked my husband to turn down the volume, and he stood up and pointed his finger in my face and said he wasnt putting up with my sh%t anymore. he never acts like this unless he's around his friend. like hes trying to be a hardass around his friend or something. i've tried getting him to stop hanging around his friend, but he wont listen, and usually end up going out and spending the night at his friends house. what do i do?

Just met this dude in the materinty ward no less. My sis tells me in code that this dude is a real dirt bag. My neice is only 17 and nine months pregers. I go to introduce myself and he gives me the matcho hand shake with the kung fu grip. I look him dead in the eyes and return his challenge with a stout grip of my own, and ask him. "What's this?" to which he says "Just a hand shake." I then tell him I'm her Uncle and love her very much so be sure and understand that her welfare is my first concern. I get the feeling he's the type that might slap her around a bit to which I feel powerless to do anything about without first being called on to act. I'm 53 now & he's maybe 20 or 21. There is no doubt in my mind I could educate this young man and I'm talking old school as is my rule. This kid thinks this old biker isn't much of a challenge but if I find out he's smacked my little girl around....well like I said I'd like to hear what y'all think. What should I do? Serious now.

hi. i'm a senior in highschool right now in California.
the thing is that last year(11th grade)i went abroad to Chile during my first semester of school. i made some good friends & decided to major in international studies in college & go back for two years. this is where the problem is:
i met this guy on the internet & we really connected!
neither of us were looking for love, but we somehow decided to date until we could meet in person. he lives in spain.
i stopped communication with him after he said some things that annoyed me(ex. you don't pay enough attention to me)
& because my mom disapproved of him.
he's 6 years older than me.
i loved him...
he sent me aprox.3 emails asking me to respond but i didn't because i was scared.after not speaking with him for aprox.3 months, he sent me an email TODAY asking me why i asked questions about US on my OTHER Y!A account & didn't speak to him anymore
i don't know what to reply or do
does he still love me or is this just a game?

I took my cousin on this weeklong cruise as a college graduation gift. She did not verbally thank me before, during or after the cruise. I thought that was strange but assumed she would thank me afterwards. I have been waiting but have recieved no call, email or thank you card.
I am considering bringing it up to her because I am so upset by this. I feel like I should say something or I will get progressively angrier and it may cause strain on the relationship. I am thinking of saying something like "I just want to make sure you had fun on the cruise because I wasn't sure if you appreciated it". I can't think of a way to say it any better. How can I bring this up tactfully? Or should I just keep my mouth shut? Thanks in advance for your input.

Last year my nephew (husband's brother's son) molested my daughter. My brother-in-law lied to us and has never apologized for his son's actions. We have had no contact with them since the incident. This hurt the family - esp. my mother deeply - my mother wanted to kill the monster for what he did. My mother died very suddenly August 16th. It has been hard, but I am dealing with it. Today, I received a symphathy card from my brother-in-law and family with the 14 year old monster's name signed inside the card. What that monster did to my daughter haunted my mother and caused her great hurt and stress which did not help her health. I am offended that in 13 months they couldn't say "I'm sorry" for what their son did, but now are sending a sympathy card to me???? Do I have the right to be offended and upset? Thank you.
