its been about two weeks since i seen my wife. just when i think i'm getting over her .it all comes back. i try to keep busy, but no matter what i do i think of my family being togetter and happy. i wish things could have been different.

So i am going out on a date tomorrow with this girl i have never met in person. we have been talking online for a few days and a couple days ago we gave each other our phone numbers. we have talked a lot on the phone. i stayed up until like 4 in the morning two nights in a row talking to her. we were on the phone for like 3 and a half hours one night, and we stayed up till like four, when she had to be to work at like 5:30. She seems amazing, and im not sure how to act around her. i know be myself, but i want to know if i should stay close to her, and like hold her hand, or what. just asking cause im really nervous. i will be going out with her and her friend because she cant drive yet, and i think we may be going to a movie.not totally sure yet. Can any girls give me advice on what to do. i really like this girl and i want to have a relationship with her that may sound weird knowing that we have only been talking for a week but its true, so please help.

About 1 years ago i met my current gf, she got pregnant and we moved in together. Well from the point she got pregnant up until now the relationship has gone to hell. She's abusive, manipulative and violent. I stopped talking to all my friends, stopped watching certain TV shows, stopped talking to certain kinds of people as well. We have had cops come to our place several times due to violent fights with her. I have cuts, scratches, and scars all over my body. I want out of the relationship! We have a 5 month old son together. I was going to wait until she has left the house to her relatives house after i drop her off cause we have only one car and then take her stuff and drop it off as well and change the locks on the door and never let her in again. Im also going to try to fight for custody of my son. Is what im going to do legal? I can't take it anymore, im not very happy right now. Were not married. How can i get her out my house if she won't leave?

We've been together nearly three years, somewhat turbulant but overall okay. Two months ago, she left over an infatuation with another guy, which amounted to nearly nothing. Then she began seeing another guy named DJ, which shortly there after they decided to be just friends. She has since moved home, but talks to DJ on the phone for hours at a time usually late at night, and says that my prior jealousy issues about other men make it akward for her to have these conversations with me in earshot, so she goes to rooms that I won't be in when she talks with him. They spend time together, on average once or twice a week, seeing movies, having a drink as friends. Should I be angry about this, or am I paranoid because of what has happened? I am not too very angry about her little relationships over the past two months, more hurt than anything, but I am committed to working things out, and she says she is too.

they are al my best friends, but they always seem to have so much more fun without me =/
while i was on vacation they all got together and had a blast and i asked watd you guys do and they said had fun

I live in Texas and I am divorcing my husband of almost 10 years. We have 2 children. Standard 25% of net income child support should be one amount. However, isn't this based also on the non-custodial parent doing every other weekend and one night a week? What if the non-custodial parent has much less time with his children? Is that grounds to ask for more support?

Specifically, I'm trying to understand what causes certain men to get discouraged in the job search.

I've met more than one man who is unemployed, leaving their wife to support the family. The men do a good job when they have work, but when the economy turns sour, they will refuse to take a job that pays below a specific wage, even if they cannot collect unemployment.

It seems like for the men it's harder to take a step back due to their pride?

Specifically I'd like suggestions from men, how can a wife understand the reluctance the man faces?

In each case I've seen, the men will refuse to take a job working at McDonalds (any minimum wage job) because it doesn't pay enough money. It seems to me that it would be better to have some money available!

Nagging doesn't work, and I don't want to suggest a separation or a divorce. How can a wife help the husband to understand he needs to take any job until something better comes around?

I know that 99% of you that will read this are a quarter century or more younger than me. You are used to answering questions about pimples, sex and young relationships. I just need to vent so here I go: I am 61 years old, my Mom is 88, if there is anyone still living that is as old as me please advise me: Mom lives with me and my wonderful husband. She has been my best friend since I was a kid. Now she has dementia, she thinks I am her sister most of the time. She tells me the same stories and asks me the same questions a dozen times a day. Tonight after dinner I lost it; I freaked out. I drove down to the river and it was so peaceful there that I went back home and kidnapped my husband, because I knew he needed to find that peace too. We walked in the water up to our knees, cried, hugged and came back home feeling better but not GOOD. I was in my house 20 minutes when all of the frustration and anger was built back up inside because MOM was doing it all over again. Help me.

Had 3 dates with her. I sense that it wasn't getting hot or going anywhere so I stoped calling and played it quiet. It was quiet both ways for a month and then she called all the sudden. I answered but didn't know what to say. The phone went quiet for a little bit and we said our final good bye.

I ran into her on campus today, we saw each other but didn't acnowledge each other.

Ok so my friend said that this guy likes me and i like him 2 and i kninda got a vibe that he likes me but sometimes i get a vibe that he doesnt.
