every time i hang out with this guy he always acts like a `weirdo ..like in a flirting way , i try and flit with him but i dont think he knows i like him more than a friend i dont know what to do about it cuz i dont know if he likes me should i ask him out ?? i think im in love but i have no idea any more

I would say that he likes you because if a guy acts like that then they are trying to show you they like you but dont want to look weird but end up making them self look like dorks. but if you want to ask him out go for it you know him its 50/50 he will say yes or no. but do what you feel. Or just wait who knows maybe he will ask you out. but good luck

I'm normally a wimp when it comes to stuff like this, but the best policy is to be honest. Ask him out. What's the worst he can say? No? Then it will just be a secret between you two and you will eventually move on and find someone who likes you too. It sounds like he likes you anyway, so just be open. Boys like that kind of thing.

ask him to take you out and expect him to pay the way if i liked or loved a girl i would say sure i will take you out. you might think its forward but you will know what he thinks of you and if he passes you can move on just set some boundaries cause you are the most valuable possession you have someone without self control is like a nation with no army...defenseless
