I made a big huge mistake in marrying the wrong woman in my first marriage. I heard that the 2nd marriage, is the best marriage, if everything else fails, in the first marriage. Is this true??? I am 40.

I should be getting married within the next two years and i dont know if i should have my real dad, or my step dad walk me down the asile. My dad hasnt always been there but would want to be at my wedding, how can i invite him, and have him watch someone else walk me down the asile?? I am torn, PLEASE help and shed some light on how to try to handle this when it is time... thanks a bunch!

Well, we were together for about eight months, I loved her a lot! She said she loved me as well, came over everyday even if it was for a short period of time. Long story short she said she was going to do something and did something else. She went to a party with a guy, and I caught her. She would not even look at me and just told me to leave, but earlier that day she said she loved me and all that stuff. She broke it off right than and it devistated me. The guy she was with was getting tuff with me so we ended up fighting, and I got an assult ticket. I know the fighting was wrong and I should not have done that. Well It has been two weeks now, and I have not heard from her at all. I really want to talk to her, I have never been so betrayed in my life, but I know I can forgive her. I havent told many friends cuz he is my bff's ex. She moved away at the end of the school year so they broke up cuz they didnt want a long distance relationship. I know she still likes him. But he asked me if i liked him and i said yah cuz truthfully i have since they started going out and apparently he's liked me all year and only dated my friend to get to me but thats wat HIS friend told me. Any i also have a friend who is madly in love w/ him and if news gets around to her that im going out with him she'll b really mad. what am i to do?!?!

I'm a non resident Indian (NRI) and am splitting with my wife. We've been married since 2004. I'm the sole earner in the family and she has no contribution whatsoever. With my own earnings I've bought a flat in India and have some other assets. My question is that if we file a divorce then will I have to give anything from my individual assets?

why i ask this is because my ex is using again, and has one of those ankle things on that is suppose to be monitoring it, but apparently it isn't working?He is on parole, & just got a student loan, & was seen spending over $1000 on crack. We have a child and he has been fighting to see her, but has lost everytime due to his past criminal history, abuse, etc.evidence was overwhelming.I wanted to hire a PI to watch him, just in case he tries to get our court orders overturned.I was hoping he was really clean this time, at least for our 5 year olds sake.anyone have advice? or know how I can get his PO to do a drug test would show the crack? I heard it only lasts a few hours to only a day in the system. thanks in advance

so theres this guy. A couple of months ago, I hooked-up with a guy at work. Although we're both attracted to each other, he decided he didn't want to pursue anything since we work together and i'm just coming out of a serious relationship. We kept it to friends successfully until recently. I'm finding it awkward to talk with him face-to-face because I still like him; it seems he's a little awkward also. I'm wondering if I should tell him this since it appears that i'm avoiding him sometimes, but I do want to maintain the friendship because he's a fun, nice guy. Should I talk to him about this?

I'm not saying I'm going to, I'm just curious. Is there a law in New York that says you can't? I know you must have parental consent to get married before age 18 but what about engagement? And if the person 16 years of age is engaged, are the parents allowed to break them up?

Once again, I am just curious.

I would like advice on a subject, I met a man who I am completely attracted to. We talk on the phone we make plans to get to together. We spend time with one another and have a great time. He and I text one another all the time. He runs a business that take him to other countires from time to time. We broke up a while ago. We saw each other on the streets of London for the first time in over a year. I was informed that he was a father to a son, but he has no plans to marry the mother. The mother was an illegal African from Kenya. They hooked up for a short time and the result was his son. He blames himself for our brake up. He wants me to give our relationship another chance. ( Did I mention that the reason we broke up was the fact that he traveled so much and had very little time for us. ) Now he has cut back on travel time, and he wants me to come back to him. I still love him but I'm not sure I am able to deal with his baby by another woman.

my mom is married to my step-dad but is really questioning whether she wants to be anymore... Hes always either yelling about chores not being done right, us back talking or arguing to him or berating us and calling us stupid if we make a mistake or forget to do something.
Hes not abusive to us yet, but pretty close. we had to unload a box , and we were in the kitchen, and he yelled at us to turn the light off cuz he had a headache. He got up took a bat and slammed the lights out. He was do it to the chandilere too, but he didnt cuz my mom called the cops. me and my sister went to our grndpa's that night.
when he found bleach on his shirt he blamed it on my sister, when actually he had set it down on the dryer wich had bleach spilt on it
4 "revenge" went into her room and broke her camera
he accuses my mom of cheating all the time
im 16, so what can i do? should mom divorce him?
hes been so mean! i stay up in my room alot cuz i dotn want to get yelled at, but i cant 4ever.

I saw this bulletin on myspace and i was wondering if this is what guys really think...:From a guys point of view:


We don't care if you talk to other guys.


We don't care if you're friends with other guys.


But when you're sitting next to us, and some random guy walks into the room and you jump up and tackle him, without even introducing us, yeah, it pisses us off.

I recently had an impromptu date with a man I have been friendly with for a while. The date ended pretty heated and I have seen him at our usual hangout since then and we have hung together but he doesn't call, etc. he has two children that he has pretty often and is not always "free".
