I just started dating this girl (aprox. 3 weeks) and it is her birthday. I feel it too soon to "go all out" as it were, however I should do something.

Here are some stats:
She is an art major and eventually wants to be an art therapist. Comes from an affluent family but is not materialistic. 21 yrs of age. Short and petite. Kind of silly (okay can be really silly).

Any help you can give me would be great!

Hey guys,
Well,this is kinda a long story...but my best friend Mark...has been acting really strange lately..well,we've been best friends for the past 4 and 1/2 years.Hes seen me go through a lot of relationship problems,including the ending of my marriage.Hes always been there for me and everything..but now for some reason..my exs have recently starting contacting me again..and I was telling him about that...and he got really mad! He now hates all my ex's,even discourged one guy from asking me out,saying "Don't bother,long distance relationships dont work out,back off her." Course it was the guy that told me that...Not Mark.So,I feel like I am being owned here...He tells me all the time that he really doesn't want me dating anymore..He wont explain that either..so I am so confused..I really do like him though..and I've told him before...But he says he doesn't believe me anyway,so I don't really tell him how much I like him anymore,and I am trying to move on...but everytime I mention a guy he always threatens em with his now famous quote.."I will personally come over there and bash this guy's skull in and use him to sharpen my knife..both sides." I mean, I know hes seen me get hurt millions of times already...but does he have to make me feel like we are married or something??? I know hes trying to protect me...but everytime I mention moving on or something he does something so wonderful or says something sweet..and I cant do it anymore..I wind up ignoring or sacrificing guys that are interested in me,cause Mark always gets mad and wont talk to me for a couple of days...he'll get all depressed and it makes me feel like its my fault...Is this what mixed signals feel like here?? Worst of all is that he never explains his actions...or his motive of why hes trying to get guys away from me...I mean..I also mentioned going out with my friends...who are all guys too..and he gets mad again! My girlfriend's say hes jealous.But I dunno anymore...I still have my heart set on him...but I dunno how he feels or anything...so I dont have the will to move on with other guys till I know what he wants...Its really confusing me..Could he really like me back or something? Or is this something a little more sinister in the works...? Help me guys...please!

ok i really like my girlfriend and i think i love her BUT there are a few thigns about her that i just cant get over certain things from her past.(like for example she had sex with her ex and thid bothers me because i am a virgin and when we first started dating she told me she was too.)so ive been talking to a few people and i've been told that if i cant get over sucjh stupid things then i probably dont really love her. does this make any sense?

My mate James Bacon is in a bit of a wierd situation. His father's second wife (after his mum) is only 22 but James Bacon himself is 25. Whats worse is she is pregnant! So the one he must call step mother is younger than him and will have a kid bother/sister who is more than 20 years younger! How can he handle this and without feeling to embaressed refer to his new mother in law. also how to react to her?

I liked a guy who I met at the begining of the year we noticed each other then started to to talk with one another he was soo sweet and we became best friends. During Social studys we would fool around like talk, make jokes and sometimes just stare in each others eye 4 some time (don't worry we did our work). One day in math i droped my pencial and i rolled over to his seat (what a cowincidink) and he laguhed and so did i so he thew the pencial to me playfully and we both laughed about it. Later on this girl (who iz on of the popu. pepz and my friend who didn't know i liked him) asked him out and he said ok. Now they broke up and i feel i' still so much in love with him he makes me feel safe.
Should I ask him out and how should I HELP!!

My husband has asked for a strange b'day present. He wants to have a threesome between his female colleage, me and him. I rejected it outright the first time he asked me (a few months back)..but he has again come back with the request as a bday present.

And for how long of a duration?
What do you do when you see them?
and How long have u been in the relationship with them ? (please also state your age and theirs).

theres a guy and he lives in pa and i live in ny..weve been getting to really know each since since last december and hes great..so far we know every good and bad thing about each others lives and really like one another. but i dont think were going out because hell talk about his ex and ocassionaly bring up other girls that like him..(i think he was lying big time) just to make me jealous..he paints things for me and sends it and he cant wait to come see me. and he told me not to woory about him 'doing anything' with other girls and i was glad that i trust him.

I met this women this summer, then I had to go back home and get ready for college. when I first left and got back home, we talked a lot. now she's given me her e-mail and myspace address, I even send text messages she used to answer but lately, I've got nothing back. My b/f lied about phoning his ex. I found out that he lied and he said that he didn't tell me that he phoned her because he knows I would be hurt. He says that the only reason he talks to her is because she is the mother of his 2 children (teenagers). I explained to him that if he is with me he shouldn't be there for her. I do not want him to fall out with her, I am not jealous of her and I want him. Is he right to always be there for his ex? They have both had other long relationships since their divorce and it seems that they talk about their new relationships to each other. Is this normal? I couldn't imagine phoning my ex about my b/f and talking about him behind his back! I am sure that my b/f would not like this and I am certain that my ex's g/f wouldn't like it either. What does everyone think on this please? xx
