Why you think she is going to break up with you. Is there competition? Do you have annoying bad habits, or have given her other reasons to want to break up? Are you saying, it is just because she doesn't like you enough? You may just have to accept that and move on.
Are you "henpecked?" Some women don't like guys that are doormats, or act like they are her puppets for her to pull the strings.
Would you describe yourself as likable, and fun to be with, or is it more like you are just "there?" She could be just bored. Are there new things you could learn to do together, to bond, and have more in common? How about asking her if she would like to take dancing lessons with you? Tennis? Golf? Bridge? Skating? Hiking? Camping? Bikes?
If she dumps you, take some lessons anyway to improve your dating skills. Maybe you will meet "Miss Right" in one of your classes. Don't give up.

Well if you are really sure that the end is near, then bring out your inner Romeo, and FAST. The same happened to me a while back, I was going to break up with my guy because I had met someone else (who I thought was way better), and he sort of felt the same way you did. Is this guy's intuition or what? And so, he became extra sweet, as in THE best boyfriend ever. With that, I decided to give him another chance and after another 2 years, I have never regretted that decision. Still, this situation may not work for everyone, but giving the best effort is always the advisable thing.

Okay. Step one: evaluate yourself. Is there something obnoxcious about you that you can fix. ex: burping or farting in public, bad manners. Step two( if step one applies) : Do something that could prove that you fixed your problem.
Step three: take her out for lunch or dinner. No not a movie or McDonalds Somthing like Olive Garden.
Step four: Give her somthing like a gift. Hand made braclets by you are always realy nice. If you have no sense of how to make a good looking braclet talk to somone who would know (Ex: your sister). Don't be afraid of looking gay making a braclet. She'll appreciate that you risked looking gay to make her happy.
Hopfully that will buy you time to mend things. I hope she stays with you. :)

If the break-up is going to happen, brace yourself for it. At least you aren't totally naive to the situation.
Last-minute salvaging plans... Try being really sweet and romantic. Take her out on dates more often, just make her feel special... But if it's not going to work out, you have to be ready for that.

the truth will set you free! Be honest and tell her yr feeling of fear and sit down with her on how you both can work out terms and conditions, list out yr value system and hers and how to react and response better to each others needs and differences based on both yr value systems. If your are serious about her and reciprocated, this strategies worked! However, life process changes and we have change accordingly. As long as you are prepared to accept everything can change in life except death and taxes, then you will not be caught off guard when it arrives!
Best of luck.

First off, try to relax. If you think your girlfriend will break up with you, try and think of ways to please her, do something you KNOW she'll like. Go out for a romantic dinner, or stay at home and make her, her favorite dish, something to remind her of why she loves you.

Doesn't sound like the best relationship in the first place. Don't try to keep something that isn't right. If she doesn't like you for how you are now, that she isn't right for you. You shouldn't have to change yourself to keep her. Find someone that accepts you for you.
