Well first of all, you shouldn't walk around saying you're ugly. Even if you are not people will start to believe it by hearing it so much...THAT or they'll think you're fishing for complements which is not attractive either.
Mood swings are a normal part of life and unless you are being unnecessarily cruel to someone, most people accept this as a part of everyone's personality.
You can't make a healthy real relationship appear. You can work on yourself and then your relationships are likely to be healthy, esp, if you have a good amount of self esteem. Not putting up with crap or abuse or cheating will lead you toward the right person.
Good luck :) :) :)

Are you kidding? Who tells you that you are ugly???? Of course you are not ugly!!! Don't let anyone ever tell you that. You know deep inside that you are pretty. But you need work on your self esteem a little bit. If you don't like yourself, nobody will like you.
You can give yourself a make over, you know? Work out regularly, you feel a lot better about yourself when you work out. Eat well and healthy.... not too much junk food. Put some make up on and give yourself a pedicure and manicure. Put on some nice cloths and fabulous shoes!!!!!
When you are comfortable with yourself, people will notice you more and you will find yourself in a healthy relationship. Good Luck!!!

If you're having too many mood swings (not related to your period) then you may need to see a counselor, could be a chemical in balance that can be corrected with the proper medication. If you feel you're pretty, it could be the moods that seem ugly, not you.

GROW UP! Try living, & loving yourself, and quit asking for opinions from people. You can treat yourself however you want, but don't expect people to treat you at all. If you are concerned about what people think, then you're gonna be seriously unhappy. If you never ask for help, [or expect it], then you can't disappointed when help isn't there. If help does happen by, you can consider it a nice change. As far as dating, I wouldn't push it. It seems to happen easier when you're not looking for it. Keep them guessing, & shrug the small sh.. off. You'll become more appealing when you quit trying.

Here's a thought: get a hobby! Through it you can meet a lot of people who share your interest, have constant interaction with them, attend shows together... This way great friendships can be made. Which will make you happier... All that counts, isn't it?
Suggestions: buying a show-quality dog and show him/her (learning all there is to know about the dog world is so much fun, and there are great people who are very much into it), rock climbing (join a club and plan trips together) or enduro racing (non-professional). Look online for these groups and see which one fits. :) Good luck!

well first have confidence in yourself , look in the mirror and say to yourself you are pretty. fix yourself up, to the hair , makeup, clothes. feel sexy be sexy . also the people that say you are ugly must be crazy down deep inside there is something wrong with them or just jealous of something you have that they dont. for your mood swings just relax and dont worry alot or if you see its getting bad see a doctor maybe he can help

You might want to talk to a doctor about the mood swings. He may be able to give you some indication as to why they are happening.

dont worry about relationships right now. Just try to make some friendships with people who are positive and will make you feel good about yourself. They are bound to bring nice people into your life, that might lead to a relationship. Try joining a ministry group at your local church.
