A couple of months ago, I hooked-up with a guy at work. Although we're both attracted to each other, he decided he didn't want to pursue anything since we work together and i'm just coming out of a serious relationship. We kept it to friends successfully until recently. I'm finding it awkward to talk with him face-to-face because I still like him; it seems he's a little awkward also. I'm wondering if I should tell him this since it appears that i'm avoiding him sometimes, but I do want to maintain the friendship because he's a fun, nice guy. Should I talk to him about this?

You can make a friend a lover but never a lover a friend. Well, not never but it is a hard thing.
Go for it and talk to him, there is no reason not to. You already lost the friendship so now you only have something to gain.

It's gonna be tuff hunnie. If it doesn't work out oh well just be civil. you should never mix work and pleasure. Your lucky if you come out of this life with one good friend blessed if you have two. dont stress it.
xoxo

You hooked up with a co-worker/friend. There is no way the friendship will ever be the same. You can not go back to the way it was before you hooked up. I would just move on. I wouldn't say anything about how you feel unless he wants to know why you are avoiding him.
