My friend's girlfriend refuses to see "Transformers" (movie), however she drags him to every chick-flick and other movies, that he has no interest in seeing like "License to Wed". She claims to be a movie buff, but never sees any block buster movies, like Star Wars, etc.

To make matters worse, she insults my friend's and my opinion, by saying there are no good movies out right now, that "Transformers" is a kid's movie, not for adults. Kid meaning for 6-12 year olds. I told her, in front of my friend, to see the movie before coming to conclusions like that. She then told me I had poor taste in movies. That comment got me upset, but I bit my tongue.

Is her behavior acceptible, or should she suck it up, and see movies that her date would enjoy? Secondly is Transformers for adults as well as for kids? I thought it was for my generation, who grew up in the 1980's, as well as for kids. I am in my late 20's. So are my friend and his girlfriend.

I am getting married next June, 2008. My fiance's brother is who we would like to have marry us. However, he is not ordained. I have heard one might get ordained through the internet, but have no idea where to start or if it's legitimate. I am sure he will need some kind of certificate or license.. then again, I am lost on the entire process. Help!

I'm 25 years old with a bachelor's degree, recently I've received a job offer to move away to another state (California). I really want to take this offer, but my parents dont want me to go. It's like they dont think that I can do anything on my own. I've lived out on my own for a year now, but I've always been close to home, I really really want to take this opportunity (especially since my boyfriend also lives in California), but my parents dont want me to go. I dont want to completley rebel against my parents because I dont want to ruin my relationship with them, but I dont know if I have any other choice, they need to start letting me make my own decisions. What do I do?

I forgoet and was about to go out with my mom.He reminded me and I told my mom to go without me He wouldnt let me make him anything after that. To make it up to him I told him I would make him his fav. meal when he got off work. He didnt want his fav. meal so I looked online for some fancy chicken recipe and spent the last of my money going to get all the ingredients. I have been cooking all day and the a/c is broken in the apartment so imagine how HOT I am by the time he comes home. I finish everything about 10 min after he walked in and was about to fix our plates and he said not to make his. He wasnt hungry. Iget upset and turn everything off and go outside to cool off. He walks out and says he'll be back. He's all dressed up and i ask where he is going and he says hes going to a friends and will be back in an hour. I have a right to be pissed right?

Hi,

I have been with my boyfriend for over two years now and we live together. We have been living together since 4 months into our relationship. He moved into my flat and then I found us both a new place.

Anyhow, I have been asking him about future as I want to try for a baby, I am 25 and he is 29 but he says he is not ready as wants to do more stuff. Like play on his Wii and all that!

He also says he not ready to get engaged BUT that he does love me and can see us marrying one day.

Thing is I feel there is no real comittment from him although I love he loves me to bits. I just need a little more. I feel my life is just constantly waiting for him and that all my plans lie in his hand as he the one saying 'When I am ready'.

I have tried to talk about it but he refuses too which upsets me. He says he wants to wait to go travelling but told me yesterday he doesn't!

What shall I do? I love him but am I wrong in wanting a little more?!

Friend get engaged to a guy overseas in her home country. Bec of his job stability and other issues she calls the engagement off. Then in 4 months, she realizes she likes him, and they both talk again, decide to marry and get married.
They have normal couple arguements n blames her for it.
She files for US immigration papers. While waiting, she doubts of his fidelity. He does webcam nude sexual chatting, and wants to meet for fun. He confeses of sleeping around. Wife stops talking to him in during this period bec she is furious and confused. He feels she is wrong in not talking so he did the webcam etc. He also says it was a fantasy n there is not actual cheating.
He again has job stability issues and has been cheap pervert in language to the wife like has no respect for s** in marriage.
Did she do wrong in stop talking to him during short of 2 mths while he was into chatting? Was she a fool to marry him after calling off engagement.Would you trust him and save marriag

Do you ever feel that no one recognizes that you are alive, like you are non-existant?

In the past, my cousin and I have been super competitive. I have recently decided to try to really find myself, become less competitive and less sneaky-she however has not.

For instance- I will just do things out in the open, but she will always try to hide things. We were all going to an event last week and I noticed that she hid her dress in the kitchen so I would not see it (no other reason to do so). She trys to avoid me knowing what she is doing, but she still keeps in eye on my affairs i.e.- I have recently started working out really hard and watching my weight, and low and behold she is now doing the same thing (no- she was never doing it before or really voiced a concern about her weight). It sounds petty, but it is kind of annoying. If I try talking to her, she will ignore it. Any ideas as to what I should do to deal with her. (we are very close and I would like it to stay that way.)

its been very hard for me to accept, i do want to change and forgive him. it takes time. i'm really thinking about things. sometimes, i don't know what i do wrong. i'm just myself, i have really strong views on what happened. and whatever happened happened. i can't change it. i don't feel less about myself or inadequate. it's no reflection on me. i guess he's sorry about it. i'm just trying to be myself and move on from this. sometimes, i want to be a new person, but, at the same time i don't want to start over with him, i want to continue as we are. maybe i could be like both. i'm kinda of tired about talking about things. either i forgive and forget or move on. if he still wants to be with me. i gotta forget this business and just be happy!

like if you saw a girl go in or being thrown in and watching her clothes get all clingy, would it turn you on? would you want to join her?

On my wedding day... i plan on jumping in a above ground pool after the reception! (but iwth no chlorine, jstu regular water)

And invite all the wedding guests in their fancy clothes.
I would get married on a hot dry day! :)

I think I"m obsessed with getting wet while in my good clothes! Probalby cuz it's so naughty! :) hehe

or how about as they say you may kiss the bride and they kiss.. to release huge amounts of water ovber them so they get soaked up in front of everyone :) HAHAHA!

I've been married for 5 years now, and my husband moved to a different town and state for a better paying job to support our family, but because of some other issues with my family. I am not able to move there with him yet. But I feel as though I'm being pushed to the side. He has never been this distant before. Do you have any ideas on what I could do? I am taking care of an ailing parent and I'm not able to travel, nor do I have the funds to hire a private investigator. I just really need some ideas?

He has been open and told me what was going on, he recently discovered she has been having an affair, they discussed it & she denied it but he is now devastated and says he is leaving as he caught her with her lover. The wife is now being being volatile towards me because I left it a day after the news from him before I would talk to her. I said I was not getting involved & that this is an issue that while I'm upset at it, is their business. I offered my support as a friend but then she became volatile, said some really hurtful things and basically told me where to go, they are both like best friends of mine for many years, I have never done anything to be disloyal to either of them and am now concerned that a lifelong friendship is being terminated by 1 of the couple & for what? Do I just ignore her now or wait til she calms down & hear her out? The way she has treated me during this is as if I did something bad to her. How do I avoid getting involved or hurt any more than I am?
