I have know the man I love with all my heart since high school, we finally got together a little over a year and a half ago and by the sheer freakish humor of who ever is incharge, I wound up pregnant! while on birth control and using protection! figure that one out! But here we are about to find out what our baby is and, with my hormones running wild I feel as though I am being treated like the same ol girl who in high school! that girl who would not have wanted flowers or to be treated like a girl but wanted to be treated and acted like one of the guys. But I am finding now that I do want flowers and I do want for him to do special things, but I do not want to just come out and say "buy me flowers or someting" PLEASE HELP! Aside from the crazed hormones how do I let my man know I need to feel special, and not just the baby maker

My son will be 18 in 2 months. He is out of school. He has not been coming home. He has kept in touch with me through phone calls and stops by though and lets me know where he is staying all night. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Well I finally had enough of trying to talk him into not leaving every time I walk out the door and then just deciding not to come home and just texting and telling me where he is staying. The last couple days he has been avoiding me cause I have been putting more pressure on him to stay home. I have chased him around for 2 days and finally caught him at a friends house this morning. He refused to get in the car or come home and I tried to physically put him in the car but that did not work because he is bigger than me ! I was going to call the police on him but I really dont want to get him put in jail cause I dont believe he is out doing any harm, he is just running with all his friends and wanting to be a man and do what he wants

A couple of years ago, one of my friends, who I hadn't spoken to in over three years, invited me to her wedding, not only to attend, but to be her maid of honor. I agreed to do it because we had made a promise in high school (Yes, I know, very juvenile) and she hadn't made any friends in her new town so I kind of felt bad. (Yes totally WRONG reason to attend, but I wouldn't leave anyone hanging like that)

But now, with my own wedding, I already have my bridal party chosen, and they are my sister, and my two best friends. Is it wrong that I don't invite her to be a part of my party, or is it OK if I just invite her to the wedding, without being a part of the party?

I don't want to tread on toes, or hurt her feelings, but we only talk every couple of years, and the only e-mails we send to each other are jokes, so our friendship is definately not that strong.

I told my husband that I feel like my sex drive is low and it backfired. Now he is mad at me and thinks that I am not in love with him as much anymore and that I don't desire him. I told him that it is not him, but the act that I am not desiring. I don't know what to tell him. I wanted him to help me with this problem but now it seems like we are having a bigger problem. What should I do?

my bf sometimes treats me like I'm his daughter. The age difference isnt that big, only 6 years. He said that he feels responsible for me as if I was his child.

He doesnt misstreat me or anything but its like he's tender and loving like I was really his daughter. I feel like I am sometimes. I like it but I think its a lil strange.

He says that he loves my childish side and says that he's amazed how childish yet lady like I can be!! He's very protective of me and he often just likes to sing me to sleep and stuff..

Does that mean he really loves me or does it mean he just thinks I'm childish!? Do you think this is a sign of love?

I love my mom to bits, she is great!

We went through a lot of different stages. I was a difficult teenager and she had to deal with heavy marriage problems.

I often made her laugh during these periods and listened to her and discussed her problems (even whether she should or should not leave him).
Equally, she has always been there for me with her comforting words when we talk and her support. I respect her for how she raised me and my sister and really think she is the greatest person.

But, when we see things differently, I wonder if we respect each others opinions as equal... If we disagree, I am the child again, even though i'm 29.

Do you think there should be equal respect when we agree and should the child always respect mothers when we disagree?

Usually when I tell my man something that was really exiting for me he takes it like nothing. Another example whenevr we told his dad I was pregnant he just said "Well thats ur problem I'm not gonna support him u are" and that was that. So whenever I have something that is of importance to me I just tell the girls.Any experiences?

My parents just told me they are getting a divorce and they say that all the time but they said this time theyre serious...i know its my fault because whenever they say theyre getting one its when im fighting with them. I dont want them to leave each other...theyre trying to make it so its best for both of them but i will still see my mom more than my dad and i dont want to see either one of them more, also my dad is going to not make alot of money and im really worried for him and i think my mom is just doing this to make everyone miserable. because my dad doesnt want to divorce, i try not to cry but i hear the breaking up songs on the radio and cry my heart out for like an hour, and my parents are getting divorced in a year, yea this isnt relally a question but i sorta just wanted to blog, feel free to comment/answer if you like...

I don't feel that my husband truly is in love with me. When I tell him something he shows no interest and just says "ok". He is not romantic anymore like candles/music he told me he stopped because their is no garuntee it will lead to making love, so he said what's the point. We are different in the intimacy area, and he told me one time that based soley on the sex in our marriage he does not know if he would ask me to marry him again. And he did say to me that even though he thinks that I am not in the mood to make love, he will go ahead with it anyway because he does not kow when the next time will be. When just walking around wether in the house or in public he will make sexual comments to me. And he's always sacrcastic with me. When i told him that i think he loves WHO i am but i don't think he's IN LOVE with me, he got defensive with me and said "Are you trying to make us get a divorce?" Why did he respond to me like this and why does he stay with me?

not like porn or even a place where ppl "play" online, but a place where you can talk openly about sex and ask questions and that kind of things. I've tried to ask somethings on here and had them removed :(

i have a boyfriend, who has been a close friend since i was a freshman in high school. well he moved and we stayed in touch and when he moved back which wasnt to long ago we got together. we've been together for almost 3 months. he sometimes gets on my nerves and says stupid things. but thats not the problem. in a few weeks im moving 2 1/2 hours away from our hometown to start college. i'm a big partier and i like to make the best of everything and meet new people. Now he is going to move back to where he was living which is an hour and 45 mins in the other direction to get a better job, more money whatever. He is real concerned with what i am doing all the time which annoys me. well we always said we'd be friends when we break up and we both believe we will. So should i break this off before it is too late or should i give it a little while with us apart and see how it is going to play out? PLS HELP!!

We are supposed to be getting married on Halloween. Everyone who knows us knows thats what we want. The last couple weeks almost everyone on both sides of our families are telling us we have to change the date, the style, etc. My mother actually yelled at me over it and several family members are threatening to boycott. When reminded it is our day and thank u for the advice i was told that "miss manners says its not for the bride and groom but for the families"....HELP?!?!?

If a mutual crush who all of a sudden stopped calling will be at your job today to facilitate a workshop that you are required to attend, how would you act and deal with this person (and it's going to be a roundtable, so I will have to communicate and look at this person).

If I catch a guy glancing at me often, could it mean that he likes me? Once he had this look on his face (I saw for just a split second) during church when he looked at me, and me sister said he was "checking me out" If not, what does it mean then, if anything?

And I can't imagine him being too embarassed to talk to me or say anything, because he is super friendly and outgoing. (He moved here recently from a city about 10-15 minutes away)

He's my neighbor, by the way...lives right across the street. We also work at the same place, but it's huge and we're in different departments so I don't see him much. We're both 15, and we'll be sophomores at the same school come the end of August (it'll be his first time going to that school...)
