Could he like me?

Question

If I catch a guy glancing at me often, could it mean that he likes me? Once he had this look on his face (I saw for just a split second) during church when he looked at me, and me sister said he was "checking me out" If not, what does it mean then, if anything?

And I can't imagine him being too embarassed to talk to me or say anything, because he is super friendly and outgoing. (He moved here recently from a city about 10-15 minutes away)

He's my neighbor, by the way...lives right across the street. We also work at the same place, but it's huge and we're in different departments so I don't see him much. We're both 15, and we'll be sophomores at the same school come the end of August (it'll be his first time going to that school...)

And yes, he's really cute :)

And I have actually talked to him a little bit...

Sounds like he could like you but, you know guys are confusing enough as it is. How about you just try talking to him instead of thinking too hard on it..You never know he can have a killer crush on you and is just too scared to approach you, he may think you're not interested if you say he's outgoing but, has never said anything to you. Your sister is right he is "checking u out" It is obvious that he totally likes u. Even though he is out-going he is prblably afraid to talk to u cuz he is afraid to get dissed. Make the first move and if thats not ur style be extra friendly so he'll feel more comfortable around u.

If he's new in town, you could be the one to introduce him to some friends so he feels welcome, and show him around your city/school once school starts. Your sister was right, he was checking you out. It's pretty obvious that he likes you.

Since he's new, he might be nervous about talking to you. even though he's outgoing, it's natural for him to be nervous about talking to a girl he likes. You might start a conversation to make him feel more at ease.

It certainly could mean that he likes you. If you like him, I recommend that you go talk to him. Just because someone seems outgoing and friendly doesn't mean that they aren't going to be shy about approaching a girl that they like.
