Girl trust me.. you might not think your stressed or maybe you just dont want to admit it, but thats the reason... Or maybe theres something else going on that is making you cry.. Or maybe you just need to burst out crying sometimes it always makes me feel better. I know it sounds stupid that crying makes me feel better but its true.

Well you know crying is sobbing and constant sobbing is a sign of depression, you should talk to your doctor, because things at work and your husband should not make you cry all of the time, I cry sometimes but not all the time. You should really find out if there is some kind of medication or maybe change your lifestyle a little bit. If it is your husband and your job, then get a new job and whatever your husband is doing to make you cry tell him.

Good Luck!
And I am sorry to hear that, I cry a lot too but not all the time and I dont like to cry, it hurts.

Go see a doctor and have them run some tests on your blood it will show if your thyroid is not working properly or if your women's hormones are correct....our bodies are so complicated anything could be the problem..it's always best to start there with a medical checkup. The doctors know what questions to ask to get to the bottom of your problem...sometimes just the stress of living can make anyone cry....don't worry about it now just make your appointment and let us know how you feel after seeing him...
good luck and take care,

You may need to talk to someone in Behavior Health. You obviously need help, in handling stress and believe me it is no fun being depressed. I had to go there, and they helped me. It meant getting on an antidepressant. I fought against it at first, but I gave in. There are side effects, but the side effects are not long term. maybe about a week or so they are gone. They are manageable. Believe, me I feel so much better. I can handle things, so much better.

Try going to walks, listen to some relaxing music, take a bubble bath. Get a massage. How are you sleeping. If you don't get the proper amount of sleep, you can function properly doing the day.
How is your diet? Do you eat a lot of fatty foods?

Just please, make an appointment go in and talk to your regular doctor, so he/she can refer you to Behavior Health. That is what I had to do. I feel so much better now. Have a good evening.

Girl, ur stressed out trust me. I'm like that when I get home to deal with my husband and work. Take some time for urself, Take a bubble bath, go running, take ur stress out by dancing. Take time for urself by yourself. I do that and ever since I'm slowly learning to relax. We cry because u feel stressed out and tired of the same routine in your life, change it and I guarantee u'll feel better.

How do you know you are not depressed? What goes on at home. your man emotionally abusive? Or are you a sensitive person going threw some journey that you need to tune on your own? People who cry "always" are depressed or have some unaddressed issues going on in there life.

Well, it could just be that these things make you sad and you cry about it. It may just be the way you are. But, if it concerns you, I bet there is something else bothering you and you need to talk to someone about it.

that's a sign of depression. that's how it all started for me. i don't believe in medication though for problems with emotions. sometimes we just need a good cry...but crying for no reason is a sign of depression, or just overly stressed and your body has a different way of coping with it.

do things that make you happy and keep you busy, keep your mind off of whatever is stressing you out.

You might be gay. You should see a shrink..that's major
My futre husband had the same problem, he went to a shrink and the shrink stated he had a mild case of "the gay". However.... All in out of the boat he now realized that straight is the gate yet narrow remains only his way....
