If a mutual crush who all of a sudden stopped calling will be at your job today to facilitate a workshop that you are required to attend, how would you act and deal with this person (and it's going to be a roundtable, so I will have to communicate and look at this person).

First of all look your best and act confident (not cocky!). Do make conversation and be your own self. Look happy and don't show that you are upset at him. Smile a lot but do not fake it.
It will be tough to pull this off but you will feel content afterall.

Well, why do you think the crush stopped calling. Did you show interest? Maybe he/she thought you were no longer interested? Did you show interest. They might have been scared off? I don't know. If you acted interested on the phone, maybe he/she lost interest?
Act as you always did. See if you can start being friends again.

I would keep it strictly, on a business level. There is a time and place for everything, that is not the time or place, when he comes to your job to facilitate.

Just act normally, treat them like you would treat any1 else at the table. You'll be just fine, you can freak out in the bathroom when they leave.
Don't stress.

Be mature and professional. This is your job, treat it as such. Don't be cold to her, just be all about business. Then, after, maybe you two could talk about more casual things and see where that leads....

just act naturally, see what he does first. don't make yourself nervous, that will make it awkward. treat it as a crush. play it out naturally, that's the best thing to do here.

I would never date anyone I work with, it causes more problems than it's worth. So I would never be in the situation you are in.
