I was leagally adopted by my stepfather when I was 3 and I have no memories of my biological father. I have always wanted to make contact but been too scared. I am so glad I have done it and so is he. I don't know what to expect now, any one any similar experience?

everytime i get in trouble, i get hit.. like bad.. my hair gets pulled i get punched in the head, and soo on. i have other sisters and 1 brother who get the same thing. my brother is mentally retared and he gets it real bad. my mom doesnt do anything about it. and im just sooo sick of it. im 14 and my sisters are younger then me accept one she is 16. i was just wonderin if i can go talk to the cops with out any evidence? i sure my sisters will talk to them too. like be witnesses. and if i can, what will happen to him? will he get put in jail? and for how long??? and can i get a restraining order agianst him?

How would you spend the last three months of your time.

As for me, I've decided to move in with my mother-in-law to make it last a whole lot longer. Either that or she would make me welcome my last days on earth. I would quit my job and explore as much of the world as possible.

me and hubby fell in love 6 yrs when we were at med school and got married....its been 2 yrs since we are married we keep fighting at times but each silly matter goes crazy and we end up talking all bad things...recently his parents visited...we did have a good time for a while and then all hell broke loose...they mistake me for everything...for a while my hubby seems to understand but after few days even he has started to mistake me and make a big deal...he had promised me that he wouldn't change no matter what but everything has gone upseide down...and i have been so angry lately and am noty able to express with him as there is no privacy at all...and on fri we had a huge fight infront of his parents...and it went evry ugly...he swore..i swore ....and now he was asking emt o get the hell out from him house and his life....and we had to go out for a outing for 2 days as soon as the fight...previous commintments and he treated me like a dirt....infront of everyone...i was mad...

I've been with him for five years, by all means we have fights, but we have grown up together and been through a lot to get where we are. Maybe I've ignored it but the last two years our fights have gotten violent i can name over ten times where he's physically pushed me shoved me grabbed me etc. We were on vacation last Christmas and I was upset over something and he just snapped and grabbed my hair held my head and socked me repititively and then followed me around and stood over me. I don't like who I've become, I feel so ashamed. he doesnt think it's okay for me to bring it up all the time and told me not tell his friends. Everyone thinks he's a wonderful boyfriend and I'm the psychotic girlfriend. He never seems to deal with the problems we have and insteads chooses to believe I'm the probIem. I had my final wake up call yesterday... he shoved me out of his car bruised my arms pulled my hair and threw my things out, before my mom's birthday dinner..I don't know what to do..

He works at an $8/hour job and he's 23. He knows he shouldn't be smoking and I absolutely hate that he does. When he failed the test...I didn't feel the least bit sorry for him. He needs to grow up and learn how to hold a job... Is this enough reason to dump him and kick him out... He will be on marijauna "leave" for 30 days and I don't want him just hanging out at my apt all day. Can I kick him out??? Or is that just cruel? Because maybe he has a problem...Similar experiences anyone?

After 22 yrs of marriage, 4 yrs ago I found myself back on the dating scene. With not many places in my town to meet people my age, and after a few failed attempts at other relationships I decided to try the dating websites. I have been matched with who I thought to be some very nice men. After only a short conversation each one brings up sex. I can tell they are seeing if they can get me to cyber with them. If I were interested in cyber sex I would go to the sites where that is done. Why cant these men understand that not every woman wants to talk about sex right away. Yes it is an important part of a relationship, and I am no prude, trust me. I have wondered if maybe this is a way they are weeding out the good from the bad, to see if the woman is easy or if she is someone they would trust. But when they see I am not easy, they move on. Is there not anyone left that wants to get to know someone before jumping into bed with them or that does want a good trustworthy woman?

Ok, there's a boy I have like for over a year.

About a year ago I told him I liked him, and he basically rejected me (he was nice about it). I think he was kinda freaked out about it.

Since then, we've spoken on occasions, but more recently, we've been speaking and messing around in lessons.

We've both left school now, and only go in to do exams. We haven't spoken since we left school about 3 weeks ago.

I still like him so much, but I'm not sure what to do about it. Should I forget it? Make a move? Just be friends?

I'm not sure what signs he'd give if he liked me, as he's shy and doesn't seem to have much experience of girls.

I'm worried about what to do, as time is running out (we're going to different sixth forms). I don't want to miss any opportunity to be with him, but would I just be making a fool of myself again?

Any advice would be very appreciated :)

she is 5 yrs old. She throws tantrums and completely shuts all her systems down. She will be going to kg this fall and my friend worries how she will cope. getting mad doesn't help, she starts to shake and cry etc. She's ok with family. Ii's basically her way or highway. Any suggestions?

my mom said the reason boys tease me is because that SECRETLY they like me my mom had her own personal experience because i have come from a long line of girls that have been teased in my family ALOT but once the got to high school the boys started to REALLY like them. i didnt, because my mother said i didnt suit it :( lol, but hope to re-do our wedding vows, and have our girls there to :D

plus my hubby caught the flu the morning of the wedding lol, bless him.

i'm 13. and in grade 7. in my school there are 2 grade 7 classes, english and french. everyone in the english class has had sex before. their teacher does sex-ed with them. nobody in my class has done it. and my teacher doesn't believe in teaching us sex-ed. my boyfriend wants to do it. my question is, does the boy or the girl put on the condom?

He drives all the way to pick me up to dates. He pays for everything during the dates. He opens the doors. He loves to take my pictures. He uses my pictures as wallpaper to his phone. He tells me about his family. But he hasn't kissed me or hold my hands yet. We met last November and we've been going out since March. Is he just dating me for fun or is he serious? I'm an adult woman and has it 's come to my wonder and discovery that maybe the first one or two dates would be best during the daytime instead of during the " cloak " of night that hints more towards thoughts of touching, romance etc.

First dates should be about being allowed to know about the person through sharing conversation...sharing thoughts, maybe a fun, respectable, activity such as bike ride, or walk to somewhere to look at something etc.
