For the last 6 years shes been on and off with other men. lying and dening through marriage counseling and me with no proof. when just recently she has admitted to one affair 6 yrs ago. she refuses to leave and uses our children and religeous belief as a tool of manipulation, down playing the destruction of our relationship, never willing to admit full responsibily for her actions. My fear is that the courts will see things in their libral turnstyle heartless way leaving my children without the only house theyve ever known and in dire financial straits. but I shouldnt have to be forced to live with a cheating lying self righteous manipulating coward. Financially I'm unable to move out nor do I believe I should. However she has a place to go thats close by yet refuses. I've even conceeded to allowing her the option of seeing the children anytime. How can I fight against a system that rewards a woman like this? How do I protect my childrens' emotional and finacial well being?

Saturday was my best friends 21st b-day party.. Everyone got so drunk.. Well we invited some friends from work to come hang out.. It was alot of fun.. Well I drank a lil to much to the point where i started making out with my co-worker Jerry. Ive known this guy for a year now and we've always been very good friends. Well one thing led to another and we had sex.. I cant believe it happened.. I talked to him today and we acted like nothing happened.. do i keep acting that way or do i have to tell him that us getting together shouldnt of happened? I dont have feelings for him at all in that sort of way...

I have only joined today and in only one section of this forum (Marriage and Divorce) I have come upon 16 totally incorrect postings of legal and medical fact.

First, you cannot diagonsis a medical condition from words on a forum. it is a disservice to the poster and to the community at large.

Second, unless you are an attorney, you cannot and should not be giving out legal advice.

For example, one repsponse told the poster that Yes, an IRA is split 50/50 during divorce and another said positively NO. The correct answer is, there is no way of knowning until we know the state in which the divorce decree was issued (whether it is Equitable Distribution or Community Property state.)

Another respondent claimed the poster's husband was bi-polar from smoking weed. That post needs to be deleted for obvious reasons.

So, back to my question. How many people on here who give advice are actually qualified to do so in the subject areas where they post?

Ok, so theres this girl that i really like. We're already friends so ive talked to her and stuff before. Ive liked her for a long long time now and she finally broke up with her boyfriend (she told me that shes really glad that she broke up with him and that shes really glad she did it so i think shes been over him). When should i make my move to ask her out on a date. Another important thing is that im kinda shy somtimes (ill trouble makin the first move but after that ill be ok). One thing im worried about is if I make my move and she dosent like me. So exactly how am i spoused to make this move and when should i do it.
(another thing to add is that there is going to be a carnival/festival on the weekend so idk what to do about that)

another note ive been in a couple of long relationships(lasting about a year) and i feel more for this girl than i felt with my past ex's(we had very good relationships untill the last month)

together. it's putting a strain on our relationship.

i've made efforts to stop doing some of the things that annoy him and cause some of the arguments, but he's not making the same effort as me. Any ideas how we can avoid or get around this? as we really don't wanna split up coz we're so in love with each other!

i stay in chicago and have a b-f in new mexico, we were going great first few weeks, than afterward things started slacking off, he started makin weird excuses, like he went on business trip for 3 days, i tried calling him at that time but he said, he forgot his phone, at home, whom goes on a 3 day business trip and leave there means of communication at home? and another time he told me his aunt died, andi tried for two weeks to call him to try cheer him up, he said he was greif stricken, thats why he did not call me for two weeks are send any texted messages, then other weird things is we can be talkin on cell and all of a sudden he say can i call u back i say ok , then i dont hear from him for 2 days. last weird thing he told me he wont be able to call me for 3 days becuz he drop his cell phone in the ocean at beach lol and he have to wait three days for replacement thats totally lie cuz i broke my phone and went straight to cell phone store and replace it.

Im not working the mother is, she a good mother i cant lie but her priorities doesnt put her child first. What can i do if i think my child is being exposed to weed. The mothers family babysits for her they all smoke! it was said that they dont smoke around her yet her clothes would always wreak of cigarettes, today i went to pick her up and the niece was smoking weed in the room with her. im trying not to end up on the evening news. I am in my 40s. My much younger sister is very carrying, tender, and supportive when we are face to face. I was married to a great man who took care of my daughter (wasn't his, but loved her as his own, and pays support for her on his own accord, I've asked for nothing) we grew apart and now I am married to a man that has a harpie for an ex girlfriend who has 2 children. Even though they are not his, the laws in Canada makes him pay child support. The amount you can't even believe!!! I feel horrible for any young man that gets involved with a woman who has children, and in this day in age it almost seems impossible.

still comes around mom. she is not asking for cild support and the handi. kids neither. he is a truck driver with a mistress living a double life. he thinks its ok while mom cries and don't want him to stop seeing kids or grand'kids. mom filed taxes on her alimony and claimed all 3 kids and her house, so how did my dad do it with taxes. and NO i do work and never tried to get any money from him!

so I just asked a question about my boyfriend and strip clubs ect. and I have to say that the reason I dont want him going is because I dont want him getting turned on by other girls naked bodies. it bothers the hell outta me because I love him so much and it makes me feel like I'm not doing something correctly i mean should I be like those girls? should I dress like them for him? is that what he wants? He says he just goes to have fun and watch his friends be drunk and stupid. i have a bad reputation because of things i used to do in the past. drink,guys,and party a lot. then it got around to a lot of people, and some like me but a lot of them think im a whoar when they do the same dang thing as me!! i've quit some of it but i want to be able to be myself and have fun because thats what i do best. any advice???

he was out of town with his boys and I called, he picked up and to make a long story short he told me "**** you, you're a ******* *****" The reason for him saying that is because his friend posted a bulletin on myspace indicating that there were girls patying with them, so I called and asked about it, and he said he was being stupid and what not, and that I need to stop trippin, and thats when he went off on me.
