he was out of town with his boys and I called, he picked up and to make a long story short he told me "**** you, you're a ******* *****" The reason for him saying that is because his friend posted a bulletin on myspace indicating that there were girls patying with them, so I called and asked about it, and he said he was being stupid and what not, and that I need to stop trippin, and thats when he went off on me. What do you think I should do about this, we have been together for so long?

five years is enough to at least have an idea if you want this person in your future. If you do, then talk about moving on, marriage engagement, anything. but if you aren't ready or don't want it then end it

BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK !
5-1/2 YEARS sounds like you never want to get married to this guy. And since he's getting it free, why should he marry you?
Maybe you should be asking yourself why you're so afraid of being alone.
Just because you've been together so long doesn't mean that it's permanent. Take some time to think if this relationship is going any where? What do you want from it?

This guy is sooo not worth your time anymore. I know the relationship has gone on for a long time, but if he cant be trusted to go out of town with his friends then he can never be trusted. You were not in the wrong for calling and finding out about something you saw, you are his girlfriend and you have the right to know. Any guy that has respect for their girlfriend would not go off on them for asking a question about their activities they're participating in. He is obviously guilty of doing something if he got so hasty with you. I know its going to be hard getting over him, but you have to do what is right and healthy for you. You need to focus on your life and how to make it better. Then when the right guy comes along you'll know it and everything will fall into place. I;ve been in your situation before and its not a very happy time. Good Luck!

Drop him. No one deserves to be talked to like he did, even if he says he was joking. You do not need to put up with such a person. Drop him like a hot potato. There are better ones for you out there. Count yourself lucky that you found this out about him. Better now than after you have 5 kids by him.

well he doesnt seem to respect you the way everyperson deserves to be respected. maybe he was drunck but still, i wouldn' go anyfurther with him. he embarresed you in front of his friends to look like a bad ***. i would just leave him. and if there were girls there and he lied to you... all the more reason to not stick around. let him go off and party and get diseases but you wont stick around for that lamo!

he's being an immature jerk. you were just asking a question, and he went off on you for no reason. also, the way he reacted could mean that he WAS with other girls. you should give him the silent treatment. you definitely deserve a big apology.

You have been together for "so long" shouldn't make it OK for him to talk to you like that. Go out and have a party and invite a bunch of boys then see how he likes it.

5 years is not "so long' What I would ask instead is...do you want to be treated like that for the rest of your life??

Has he behaved like this before? I certainly wouldnt want to be treated like that. You best check into his activities a little closer. If you don't like what you find, leave him.
