I am 28, and he's 38. Could it be because he's older than me that he thinks he gets to be the boss?

We have this beautiful Laural tree that grows at the side of the house. I love it because it stays green all year round. My husband feels the need to hack it down once a month because he thinks that if it gets tall enough, rats will get on our roof.
What harm could rats do on the roof?
And second, He never cleans up the pruinings, (says he will, but never gets to it) So I end up doing it.
I really love that tree, and it looks so ugly now. I actually cried the first time he took the chain saw to it because he does a terrible job.

This is the story of our whole relationship. He's always making the executive decision, and I rarely get a say.

To all you men out there who find the idea of having a baby with your parner a scary prospect, please can you answer me from the heart why?

Im a 29 year old female, and have been with my husband 5 years and I love him so much I would love to start a family with him, but he says he is scared ( I admire his honesty) its been on going for 2 years. I know as a woman it is natural to feel this amazing erge to want a child. I dont feel scared at all.

Please tell me how you guys feel about it all. Its upsetting me so much and it would be great to get some feed back from another perspective. Thanks.

I have been talking to a Russian woman for almost a year now online. I know about the scams out there but this girl seems very honest and hasn't asked me for any money. I am considering paying for her flight to the States and possible marriage. Can anyone tell me how I can have her background verified? Okay....My boyfriend and I got into a big fight and now were arn't talking....and he really tried to hurt me but that blew up in his face cause I aim to hurt, and i did something i know would kill him...so basically we are in this war. I'm not gonna apologize and I am not gonna change and I know he is not either (were too much alike to work) but I miss his company. Should I call him, it's almost been a week or should i charge it to the game and keep moving. Most of the time I'm okay not talking to him it's just a big adjustment. A few days ago when i finished work and was about to leave my friend who works with me told me my ex was out side sitting and chatting with a girl.My friend bf was with her so she said to walk with her bf so my ex would get jealous.....seems like it worked he kept looking at me as i walked off.
Now he keeps calling me constantly but i don't answer his calls.
When i saw him i didn't felt anything for him it didn't bother me seeing him with a next girl.
He had hurt me very badly and its been more than two months and i haven't missed him,but i cant be friends with him i told him that(but he keeps calling)....because of what he did to me(he cheated and hit me in public).
He haven't called he until that day he saw he with my friend bf...do you thing he got jealous...
I knew what i did was wrong but he did me wrong......but were not together anymore..

Can some guy tell me what it means when my Fiance gets drunk after reading an e mail from me? To explain it a bit,he's in WA I'm in Germany.We got engaged last Sep when I was in WA to visit him for a month,then we found out his (ex) wife never finalized the divorce and we can't put our visa papers in.She avoids being served with the papers and he thinks about giving up on our future because there's no telling how long divorce and visa will take and there for when we can finally be together.So he quit talking to me (for the 3rd time in 2 years) and tries to fight his feelings.I sat down and sent that mail telling him how much I love him,and reminding him of things that happened in the two years of our relationship.He raed the e mail and according to a friend got up and poured the first drink.And my man hardly EVER drinks.Is that a sign that it got to him and that he can no longer fight his feelings??? I KNOW he loves me,don't doubt that but he's fighting it(again).

I was so career focused throughout my 20s, I didn't care much about relationships and settling down. Now that my career is right where I want it to be, I was looking forward to finding a nice guy to start a serious relationship with. What a mess it's been! I'm finding that most guys in their 30s already have children. I've tried dating some of these guys and even tried starting a serious relationship. This probably sounds mean, but I just can't deal with their children. I'll never be the number one priority in their life. Children are constant reminders of their past relationships that didn't work. I don't know how to act around the children. I get blamed by exes for stupid things... like keeping fathers away from their children or being a bad influence, which of course isn't true. I'm finding that guys in their 30s who do not have children are either commitment phobes or are only looking for flings. Is my situation completely hopeless?

My ex had to go visit his dad (his dad was goin to have surgery) well my now ex got stuck and couldnt come back (not enough money to get back home like we thought) well he was missing me alot but after a while he started cheatin on me with his ex. He denyied it for about 5 months. he called me on mothers day cause we have a baby girl....and wanted to talk to me...he sounded miserable. I'm considering not hiring a photographer for my wedding, simply because it's a beach wedding and I don't know if there are many photographers. I would rather invest in a nice digital SLR camera that takes hundreds of pics. Plus camera is about $800, whereas photographer about $2000-3000. Do you think I should do this instead of a photographer?

So tonight my boyfriend kissed me for the first time, and to be honest, it felt a little gross. Hello everyone. I have been dating my boyfriend for almost 2 years now. Since we met he has no been able to afford a car and now that things are much more serious I want him to. He is struggling with money right now and has a lot on his plate. He is also going to school to finish his credentials and is working "full time". I offered to loan him $3000 to help him buy a car. He didnt ask at all and I asked him to think about it. I just dont know if I am doing the right thing. I love him a lot and want to see him get back on his feet asap! What should I do? The $3000 is what I have in my savings account, so it wouldnt hurt me not to have it for a while.
