we have been married for 9 yrs.. have 2 kids.. and recently while cleaning his cabinet i saw a letter to his ex.... appologize for leaving her without words...and ask for her forgiveness..he wrote the letter 2 yrs ago..how should i react?..

Me and my husband have been married since December. We have alot of issues with his ex-wife. Just a couple of weeks ago he was thinking about leaving me so I did not have to put up with his ex's crap any more. Well he decided the best way to deal with her is to take her to court. He paid the attorney half of the money and then never called him back or paid the other half. Last week he started to talk about buying a house. Right now we live in an apartment. I asked him if we could just wait a year because we have so much going on in our lives. He got upset and went to try and get a loan. Well he got one and we know the house we want because I seen it a few months ago and loved it. I am getting ready to get $16,000.00 for a workmans comp claim and he is getting ready to get $7,500.00 for half of his bonus for the army reserves. Well he wants me to put my money towards the house because he said he has bills to pay with his. Well I wanted my truck paid off. I just need some advice. Thanks

She was incarcerated for 1 year bec of an accident blamed on her. Her case expired, she's not on probation or parole. She's been out for 4 months now but she cries all the time, depressed most of the time and not trusting and avoiding the public, avoiding her friends.

How do guys handle stress?
My boyfriend is highly stressed at times due to financial problems, and often says that he needs to be alone at times because of it. Do guys tend to go in a shell when they are stressed? Sometimes that I worry that it's me, and wonder why he doesn't want company and someone to talk to.

first of, don't judge me 4 saying this, but it was an arrange marraige & i wuzn't ready 4 it. but soon i accepted everything & was so happy & even happier ven i had a daughter. but we never really had so much of a gr8 understanding. & yes due 2 arrange marraige, he is much older dan me & nothing of our interests r the same. I am a completely diff person as who he wants me to be. da things dat he likes r just not in my nature (i m extremely simple and don't know much about the world since i wud only be in my room all the time) although i do want 2 change myself but yet am so frustrated of how to be all the things i am not. (bold, outgoing, sensible, smart) etc. Although he is extremely cooperative & loving but recently we had an argument & i gave him "permision" 2 go find another girl who he likes...& he has started dis new class & the 1st day he told me dere r only 2 guys n de class...so now he shaves daily, dresses nice & is recently listening to romantic songs which he never did b4!

They've behaved so badly. All our children are suffering, his 4 and our 2. They've lied, cheated continuously behind all our backs, eg. they went on a $40k skiing trip together, 3 days in she called to say she'd made the mistake of her life. She came back, jumped straight into bed with me, "I'll never leave you again" said she left him in Europe over a week earlier. Then wife, sons and I went on a holiday together, happy sexy, fun!? When we returned her lovers wife sent me messages found on his phone my wife sent while we were away."In bed dreaming of Paris".."The stars are the limit of our universe". I confonted her, She justified it saying she had to let him go slowly because he might suicide. I then found out she slept with him only hours before she jumped into bed with me when she came home from her trip. One example of many very hurtful acts. What do I do? What makes people be so cruel. Is she sick? I want my life back. Do I move on or wait? Can I ever trust her? Been Betrayed!

Im in a process of filing divorce papers, but my question is now that i live with my girlfriend of 4 years and our daughter; will this effect my divorce??? My wife and I have not lived together for the past 6 years or so and she cannot claim alimony(she makes more twice then what i make) or anything else. From the beginning of our marriage we kept our own individual things. We both have our seperate bank accounts,houses(luckily we never bought a house together),cars, no kids together,etc.. Basically it all comes down to it was the biggest mistake to marry her, so by me living with girlfriend will this effect my divorce?

Alright so I'm 19, currently in university. I know this girl for a few months now, and we became friends. Recently, we hanged out very often and had a very very good time together. I also gave her free tutoring.

I like her and think she's an amazing person, so yesterday I asked her if she thinks we could move up from friendship to something more serious sometime in the future. She said that she had a bad experience with her ex-bf and prefer to be single - and she doesn't think it's the right time for her. Pulled the "but im really flattered" card right after the "old bf" card, I was kind of upset because I had feelings for her.

I think I'm going to keep the friendship because I still think she's a great person, but I'm not going to try to get anywhere more than that or I'd just end up hurting myself because it's very unlikely that now this would get anywhere. She's a good person and needs my help - so I plan on continuing to help her (maybe not as much). Am I doing the right thing?

I just asekd a questions and you've all been so helpful but I feel like I can't lose him. I feel like I can't break up with him so I just don't know. I don't know how to end thisk, I don't know if I want to end this I love him so so much but I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm seventeen and my brother is twenty-one; the longest time that he has ever had a job was a month... and he has only had TWO jobs his entire life. He lives with my mother and I, but stays in his room all day long playing video games; he does not go to school either. Any who, he is supposed to be leaving to Virginia to be with some girl he met off of myspace and was ranting about how mother is a piece of crap and how she doesn't pay for his plane ticket, blah blah. And I'm like: "Dude, you just got paid, why are you relying on mom so much? You spent hundreds of dollars on clothes when you could have spent it on a ticket; stop blaming mom for everything and take up responsibility."

Then, he starts cursing at me and acting all rude; and ever since, he has REFUSED to speak to me because I am such a "horrible" person. My mom ended up paying for his plane ticket and he is leaving on Saturday.

Was I wrong? I'm just sick of him free-loading.

Hey, recently I found out my boyfriend may have cheated on me. He says he didn't and it's really messing with my head because I dont' know if he did it or not. Things don't seem to add up anywhere and now I feel like he doesn't love me the same. I'm extremely paranoid and I can't stop crying. I've had bottled up emotions though since my last relationship was a very bad one. My boyfriend cheated on me a lot so I am extremely sensitive to this kind of pain. I keep wanting to call my boyfriend now, and I keep texing him and trying to be with him all the time now cause I feel like the only time I have any sort of sanity is when I'm with him. I never used to be like this and the reason I loved him so much was because I never thought I could be in this situation with him because I was in it so often in may last relationship. how do I get my sanity back!? please help! I don't know how to snap out of this crazy black hole that I am in.

I will introduce my kids to 'friends' on occassion.. but never let them all get close. I have my kids full time, and they have never met their dad (his choice)... so I don't get out alot. I met this guy who wants to be friends to see if it develops to more. He wants us all to hang out together. He wanted to hang out this long weekend, and I said no because my kids have spent time with him 2'ce in the last few weeks. He doesn't 'get it'. He thinks it will be fine if he brings his son to distract my kids. My kids want a dad.. I think that would be a bad move on my part to let them get close. In my opinion, if he REALLY wanted to get to know me bad enought, he could come over here when they are in bed and we can hang out in the yard or watch a movie. I think I will lose him because I won't let him get to know my kids alot when it is not even going anywhere that I know of! Am I wrong???

My boyfriend of 2 yrs easily gets short tempered. I had been wanting to go to this event for a long time (he had been going to it all of his childhood), I thought it would be really special for the both of us to go, the whole time he just cussed and acted like he was ready to go when we had just gotten there. Later I told him that his actions made it no fun at all, when I mentioned that he said that he was sorry and that he was just acting selfish and stupid. But I notice that a lot of times he does this he always says the same excuse. Is this something that I have to look forward to for the rest of our relationship, or is he ever going to change. Outings that he takes me on (even though I am not that excited), I never complain and I make the best of it. Is he just being selfish? Is there anyone else out there that experiences this in their relationship??
