Im in a process of filing divorce papers, but my question is now that i live with my girlfriend of 4 years and our daughter; will this effect my divorce??? My wife and I have not lived together for the past 6 years or so and she cannot claim alimony(she makes more twice then what i make) or anything else. From the beginning of our marriage we kept our own individual things. We both have our seperate bank accounts, houses(luckily we never bought a house together),cars, no kids together,etc.. Basically it all comes down to it was the biggest mistake to marry her, so by me living with girlfriend will this effect my divorce?

Honestly depends on state. I would say it is seriously none of your exes business. Trust me I have been separated since nov of 05 and my fiance moved in with me dec 06 and my ex and I still were not divorced. (My ex procrastinated so it was taking FOREVER) Anywho.....I do NOT think it is wrong. However if you both are in the childs life you should have an understanding as to who the child is around. It's only fair. I mean I know that my ex (Who lives with his fiance) I DO NOT LIKE HER so I would probably have some issue because I do not trust her with my child. So talk it over.........do it nicely and just say hey I'm living with Suzi (insert new gf name there) and I was wondering your thoughts on that. It's ultimately up to you. You know your situation better than anyone else. So I'd size it up be honest and MOST DEF Consult your attorney. GOOD LUCK TO YA!!!!!!!!!! :)

Not unless you have a child by your wife and shes living with you and your girlfriend. My hubby now and I lived together throughout my divorce then we got married. Once you cease to live with her you are seperated and free to do whatever you want. I have heard of cases where they claim adultery and try to slap them with alimony but you got that covered. Get done with her and enjoy the life youve been living for 4 yrs.

probably not. from what you say, you kept things pretty seperate. all the judge really has to do is declare that you are not married anymore because there is no property or money to dispute. your life with your girlfriend doesn't seem like an issue in your divorce at all. but then again, i'm from a state that is no fault.

individuals are a fabricated from their upbringing, so the stealing and the struggling with are merely what she substitute into around/taught. yet it feels like she has became her lifestyles around. people like your lady chum ought to be applauded, not frowned upon. i don't think of her previous would be a topic in the long-term. i think of it would help to have somebody along with her attitude simply by fact she is conscious how gruesome the international might nicely be, for this reason she would be in a position to coach a toddler a thank you to stay clean of that style of lifestyles. i think of it would basically function motivation to be a solid mom and spouse- and she or he would be in a position to be this form of guy or woman to get excitement from her lifestyles greater suitable than the common guy or woman who has consistently had it solid. i will understand which you're feeling helpless yet thats not your fault and she or he would be in a position to't blame you for it. seem forward dude, whats achieved is carried out. If she is a sturdy guy or woman and you already know she is a sturdy guy or woman permit the previous stay long previous.

Talk to your lawyer. But as an outsider looking in... you might be digging yourself into a deeper hole than your looking for.
But when in doubt, check it out with an attorney, that is what they are getting payed all the big bucks for.
