Without going in to details, maybe they were not that into you and you found out too late they were only after one thing. (got it/or didn’t get it and they did want to wait).
Maybe being socially comparable should be your next move; if he is will to be with you in social settings and you generally have fun with him, then all the above would come naturally because not only would he be yours and everybody know it, but you invested the time to get to know him after everything else has been done. If guys don't want to wait then to hell with them and look for another.

stopattracting as*holes. that always works
I mean it totally not your fault. You're probably just a good person who all the wrong guys seem to like. Next time you'll be wiser. As for now evalutate the guys you get involved with and see whats wrong with them. Like those two guys, see how they're alike and if their personalities share common grounds. And then think about the type of guys you like and see how these two compare o that descriptions. Maybe you need to take something off like "Bad boy" or "has a job" since it leads to being played and him being too busy and a casual dump from him.
But honestly there's nothing wrong with you. If anyones to blame it the guys. There'll be alot more to date. Hell guys aren't going anywhere so long as they are going to be horndogs

Something you young ones will never understand...guys do not like being hounded. One call is enough. One message is enough.
I saw a student's cell phone the other day and he showed me where his girlfriend had called him 19 times within fifteen minutes. He told her the first time he was with an academic advisor and would call her when he was free. She also sent him several text messages. He was very frustrated and angry that she would continue to bother him when he told her he'd call her back.
You girls drive more guys away than you realize by doing this.

sadly uv probably attracted the wrong type of men. don't worry or blame yourself 4 them behaving like that. you deserve better. Just remember not 2 depend on a guy in a relationship. always save a part of yourself so that if it all goes wrong u dont fall flat on your face n u can move on.
Have hope n a positive attitude.

You are mistaken, men don't dump women for no reason. Just because they don't tell you doesn't mean they don't have a reason. To think otherwise is absurd. Stop fooling yourself, into thinking it's a "them" problem when it's a "you" one. You need to figure out what you are doing wrong, or at least open your eyes.
Keep in mind that it's not their responsibility to tell you what was wrong after they dump you.

Introspection. I would try to find reasons for me being ignored. Working on it would definitely make my prospectives better.
