So tonight my boyfriend kissed me for the first time, and to be honest, it felt a little gross. The truth is I don't have much experience, and I feel really hesitant about kissing, and especially anything that goes beyond a closed mouth kiss. I really like my boyfriend, and I like when we hug and hold hands, but kissing is just something that isn't enjoyable for me right now. So my question is, is this normal and will it pass with time and practice, or is there something wrong with me?

Perhaps you like him as just a friend. If you truly felt anything for him, I think you'd want to and enjoy kissing him.

No your quite normal sweetie lol. Its normal especially if you havent experienced it before. Its normal to feel like that bc its something new. Time will give you practice and itll be weird the first few times and dont be nervous be honest to yourself talk to him if you need to. dont force anything on yourself. After a while youll love to kiss bc thats a great part of a relationship feeling comfortable enough with your man to share every part of you with him. Kissing is very sacred. you dont just kiss anyone.

There is actually nothing wrong with you, although this might make your boyfriend think he is doing something wrong. I remember my very first real kiss. I had no experience but I went with my natural instincts and bam, she loved it. don't be afraid to kiss your boyfriend, it's not gross. If you do it more often you will get more comfortable each time. You don't need to do any fancy toungue work. Trust me you will enjoy it as much as he will!

Chances are that you just aren't ready to go that far. Tell him how you feel. Then again, whenever I kissed my boyfriend, who is now my husband, it was like we were the only two people around and everything I was feeling (stress, worry, fear) went away. It may be that you two just weren't meant for each other. Try telling him first that you don't think you are ready for kissing and see how he reacts. If his reaction is bad, dump him because any guy who gets mad about how you feel isn't right for you.

I can tell by the way you approach this topic that you're pretty smart. You do not say how old you are, but there is about a 99% chance that this normal and will it pass with time and practice. There is nothing wrong with you. Good luck! :-)

There is nothing wrong with you. Some people are not into the french kissing thing. The whole saliva sharing experience don't worry about it just tell him that you like kissing without the tongue.

I think it's fairly normal. If you guys really like each other just let him know that you're a little inexperienced and need a little time to adjust to this new part of your relationship. Also, even though you're adjusting, keep practicing! :) With time and experience it gets better and more enjoyable.

It's normal. It will pass. Stop kissing beyond your comfort zone until you're ready. You know what he'll expact after the heavy kissing part.

It sounds like you are pretty young and inexperienced. Both are good things. As you get older and have more practice, it may get better. However, some people are just flat out, bad kissers.

you could do allot of things but i felt like that too when it was my 1st time and i waited to kiss until i felt comfortable with that person. so you can try this wait to kiss and do it when you want to. not when he wants to because most boy want to find out how far you go. and you should wait to be intimate with some one till they love you just as much as you love them
