she up and left 8 days ago and now is calling and harrasing us non-stop what are my rights as a father to protect my teenage children? if she just up and leaves the family home and all the responsibilities, can she just come back and forth as she is threatening, i am stressed to the point i am ill over this, if anyone can steer me to my next move to protect my children and our home , i would apprecite it.. My wedding ring is a 1/2 size or 1 size too big and i need to get it resized. I got it at JC Penny. Should i take it back there or to a Jewelry Store? How long does it usually take to have it resized?

I had about 100 dollars in my drawer hidden behind a broken mirror so i though nobody knew about my secret money stash but me and my best friends. A few weeks ago, some of tht money went missing but i didn't think nething of it cuz i thought i might have missplaced it or spent it on something then forgot what i bought.
i went to buy slurpees with my friend two weeks ago and i had about 60 dollars left in my drawer and i remember saying to myself, if this money goes missing then i know someone's been steeling from me.
last night i checked my money stash and it was gone.
my "friend" comes over alot, i showed her where my money is one day when i got some for candy. she wants money really bad to buy the wii and i'm not sure if she would steel my money because she was so desperate. she's the only one i can think of who might have taken it, what do i do??

I went to talk to my mother about the way her fiance' treats me/siblings. He doesnt want anyone watching the t.v. or on the computer when he isn't home.I told her when we are watching t.v. he would come in and just turn the channel or if I am on the phone he would take the cord out and put it in the line for the internet .She started arguing with me telling me in order for you to have a opinion about anything he does in his house you have to pay bills. I was telling her he is very rude and all this does it just causes tension in the house. She was like it is very rude for him to come in and turn the t.v. but this is his house its not right and if you dont like the way things going then get the F*** out. I was like I am home just for the summer and everyone is stressed out. We feel like we arre isolated. I told her they have been together for 9 years and I can't remember him ever buying anything for any of us on our birthday or the last time my mother taken us on a vacation as a family (which we have never been on), even though they have been to Florida, Paris (twice), Atlanta just to name a few places and we are at home doing nothing. I told her we never sit down and talked about we feel about anything it's not like we are included and I was trying to tell her what is bothering us. She got totally offended when all I did was talk to her. All she does is talk about the things from my past that I have done growing up and it hurts me when she brings up all those things and then I start telling her why does she always have to bring things up from the past and also she is quick to tell me what problems she think I have and I told her what are the problems that she have and its quick to judge others. I told her for everything he does she have an excuse for him. Its tearing my family apart and ever since he have been in the picture we have not been a family. I love my mother and I want her to be happy but how can I want whats best for her when she doesn't care what it is thats keeping us from being happy. I am totally confused and wished I had some type of support. Any advice?

Ok so I like this guy I work with, actually he's kinda my boss, but he's only about 2 years older than me. I've liked him for a long time and I just found out that he's known for a while that I like him. I really want to go out with him, but there are a few things stopping me. 1) I have a personal rule of not dating a coworker, 2)I'm not sure how he feels, and 3) he's taken. I don't know what to do. I get kinda mixed signals and he knows about my no coworker rule and he's got a gf that is a total and complete high-maintenance *****, he even complains about her but hasn't broken up with her. I just don't know what to do. Please help, any advice is welcome

I have recently started seeing a guy, who has told me he still has contact with an ex-partner and does not care how I feel.
He has no children with this ex-partner and from what he has told me his ex partner had left him twice. When he told me he did not care about my feelings I tried to break up with him and stated he needed to sort himself out. He got scared and said he wanted to be with me, and that his feelings for his ex where dead and buried but he still continues to discuss his ex then accuses me of not puting any effort into the relationship or opening up to him more, He has continued to discuss what he did in his past with his ex each time they were together then compares me to her and has a huge smirk on his face each time he discusses her.. My confidence and self esteem are truly gone. Each time I have told how I feel by the way he treats me he just looks straight through me and tells me to stop carrying on. what should I do?

I did in 1990.. I just had a baby ( he begged me to get pregnant) and I had a 4 yr old. Today the ex husband of the other woman stopped by to visit after 18 yrs. We talked about how terrible my life was back then, how poor I was and how hard I worked and got my life back together, and how sorry he felt for me raising 2 little kids with nothing. My daughter over heard, got mad and stormed out of the house. She is 19 now and she thinks I should not say terrible things about her dad.
I never had any more kids and never re married.
I refuse to pretend like he is a good person.
The other woman and her husband were married 19 yrs when the affair started. He was emotionally damaged and recently hooked up again with a new gal. He came to say hi and see how I am doing.
The affair devastated 2 families. He hasnt spoken to his daughter who was 12 at the time of his wifes affair with my husband in 10 yrs.
I think my daughter is old enough to know what happened. What do you think

I am owed around $15.000 I live in greene county ohio.I ve been to court with the state and with my attorney and they still refuse to lock him up or make him pay he has failed two drug test and I feel if someone would just get off their *** in the court system I might not have to struggle as a single mother.

I am 46 yrs old, single, employed, drive a decent car, and am not even a penny in debt. I've been told I am not bad looking, I have a good sense of humor, and despite my efforts to keep from learning them, I have good manners. I was raised to be a gentleman. That dosn't mean just opening doors for ladies, but it includes treating them like equals, with respect, and with compassion. Women aren't a plaything or a servant. My son didn't come home last night it has been 24 hours. He is an adult (over 18+). I would not not be worried if he didn't stay with me, because I would not know about this. I try to stay out of his affairs and I only give advice when he allows it. I was not home when he left so I don't know where he went. I am very concerned. What should I do about a man who thinks his only job is work. I asked him today if he would help clean my house so i could finish dinner and he flat out told me again it isn't his job, he is the man, men don't do that.He use to help all the time but sense we got married he stopped. I am suppose to work 42 hours a week take care of our two sons and clean, cook, and well other things. I just can't do it all. He keeps trying to get me to quit my job but i can't i just made manager, and I making good money now, and that helps so much. I have been so busy trying to do everything else that i get so tired by the end of the night to do loving things with him. I am really stuck I just don't know what to do. Do I make him happy and quit my job even though it helps with bills so much. O r what.
