well theirs this girl and shes talking to a guy right now, and were also talking, how do i win her? she sees me more then the other guy

Be honest with her.Talk to her and tell her what do you think about her.Explain your position and give her some options.Be open, and don't show any rush with her.In other words,don't push her.Just be patient.
