I am owed around $15.000 I live in greene county ohio.I ve been to court with the state and with my attorney and they still refuse to lock him up or make him pay he has failed two drug test and I feel if someone would just get off their *** in the court system I might not have to struggle as a single mother.

theres not a whole lot you can do, if you have already been to court, and they won't lock him up... try the court thing again, with a different judge. best of luck to you.

I am sick of answering these questions. Let this be a lesson to other women out there. It is not men that have babies so for goodness sake take protection, there is tons of it out there. I just cannot understand why women continuously keep having babies by men that have absolutely no ties to them except they can get sex when ever they feel like it.Okay so that will be considered a rant, big deal, its how I and many like me feel. Now to answer your question, unless you are prepared to employ an investigator, there is little chance of finding him if he has left your town or area. I have every reason to believe that someone knows where he is, either a relative or friend, check with them. These days it is almost impossible to "disappear" what with computers and credit cards and the like. I will say this, and your case bears me out, when the parents start using the child as a bat to beat each other up, then someone always suffers, in this case you. Why would you even think of not allowing joint custody . You will have to go back to the judge that made the order and tell him his order is not being met, he may issue a warrant for your ex,s arrest

Honey, I've been just where you are at and I know from experience, the longer you rely on DCS to help you in collecting the money you are old, the longer you'll be watching your arrears acrue.
There are agencies designed to help single mothers that are due their monies.
These agencies were put in place to collect on child support that the courts didn't have the time nor resources to do. These agencies get busy in collecting these monies but tracking down the NCP. Finding relatives, friends, past employers, etc..and calling the NCP to demand their money.
These agencies charge a fee of a couple of hundred dollars if they collect on past due support.
I've been there and done that and I got wiser to the system and played my game the way I wanted it to be played.

Oh it's very hard,especially because he is self employed. On paper he can claim just about any income he wants to.
If he's in partnership he can put the business in the partner's name and say he's working for this outfit and he making whatever wage.
Should the system do more?Absolutely.Are they trying? Yes.
Are they overburdened? Yes.
Look, If the slug doesn't pay for his own flesh and blood, the government is supposed to.Now as a single mom,if you work and the government says you are above their guidelines for assistance, they won't help you either. They are as deadbeat as the father because their definition of poverty level is very outdated.
I truly feel for you.

You will never get child support. He is a dead beat dad and sorry to say, you picked the wrong man to have children with. If I had known this, I would never have had kids with my ex.
The courts are over burdened and they are dealing with murdereres and all that other stuff and as long as your ex is not planning to kill anyone, he isnt worth the time of the legal system.
Been there done that.....both kids are raised with no child support.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease...start calling your State child support office, your governor, your senator and complain. Check online under your states child support laws and see what punishments are available. Many states do not jail parents for not paying but they should and may be able to if their law allows it. See if you have a court watch program in your area and talk to them about this also.

File a law suite against the business for back child support and what about the IRS does he file taxes Go to the dept. of job and family services they will pay you also give you health ins. and THEY will get their money from HIM

Get a list of all the D.S.S. wprkers, the lawyers and judges who have heard the case and any legal documentation showing you filed for it and from court.Then go to the NEWS MEDIA they will go on air naming names and government dept.Believe me when their sorry mishandling of their jobs they get paid so well for is aired on TV they will HAVE HIM ARRESTED AND IN JAIL yesterday!
