Heres the deal! Me and this girl have been talkin 4 a while now and me and her brother became like bestfriends! Now we think that we should talk more seriously but she wants me to tell her brother about it first !

Conversation should go soemting like this
y: 'hey I was talking to your sister the other day'
h: 'yeah
y: 'and I asked her out, and she said yes'
y: 'you cool with that?'
Your chick is right, most likely brother/best friend will be surprised and a little shocked, but probably not to pertubed. However if you hide it from his chances of him being big time pissed ^^^^^^ dramatically.
Any bad feelings he will have towards you will only be amplified the longer you leave it, best to be upfront about these sorts of things.

If the two of you are at the best friends stage, you shouldn't be too worried, but sometimes friends could stop talking all together. You should tell your friend that you love his sister for who she is, but don't say anything rude or obnoxious otherwise the two of you won't be friends anymore.

So - like have a talk with the dude and bring it out is he Ok with you as a friend. and if yes - are you a good friend - and if yes - good enough to date your sister. See - it works out real easy in conversation between friends.
