Sometimes after I watch a horror movie, I have nightmares, but don't want to stop watching them because I don't want to let fear run my life. What should I do to help prevent the nightmares?

I mean, daytime talk shows like "Oprah Winfrey", what makes the individuals decide to appear on these shows to tell the whol eword about their relationship problems and sex addiction etc. I heard they aren't given appearance money, so what really makes them have the courage to go onto live tv to tell all their deepest secrets to the world? I mean, very personal stuff like cheating spouses and being in the swingers club are very very personal stuff that most people would keep to themselves. I just don't get it. And anyways, a one hour talk show won't be able to solve a 10-year relationship problem. I know it can be the start of something good, but wouldn't these people prefer to do it behind closed doors? What do you think?

im a very intellectual person. i have good listening and communicating skills. i understand people very well. but when it comes to my bf, he says i dont take what he says the right way, and i mean he does almost everything this way. what is really going on????. i mean what is he trying to do? or is he just that dumb. but he only does this when the conversation is about me and him.

I have thought about him a lot over the past years, even though I was in a relationship with someone else which is now over. I still miss him after all these years so I was glad when he emailed me. It has brought up a lot of old feelings for him, apart of me has always thought of him as my soul mate. He asked what I was doing these days, where I live and how my family is doing. I replied back, answered his questions, but what I really wanted to know is if he is single after all these years, or is that not appropriate to ask this soon? Do you think him emailing me after all this time means he still has feelings for me or I am just jumping the gun??

she's been acting kinda strange lately around me. i'm not really sure, because we see each other maybe 2 or 3 times a week. she's been, like giggly and laughing at the stupedist things, and stuff like that. i'm just trying to figure out if she DOES have a crush on me, because i don't want to embarres her. and btw we are both 15, and arn't going to be dating ANY time soon

How do you know if you are in love? I have this guy friend, who I really like as a friend, but when I'm around him I feel like we're so similar, and like we'd make a good couple. I just moved next door to my cousin so I now spend alot of time with her!! I love my cousin like a sis!!! She is famous and I treat her as if she was my best friend (normal nothin special here) But last weekend we went to the mall and alot of people came up! Now we can't go shopping with out being bombarded by people and my uncle doesn't let her go out any more without a parent. It is such a drag! We can't run off or anything he is right by our side!! So the problem is I have cheated on my boyfriend off and on since we have been together. I'm in highschool, and recently a girl whom I liked before has begun talking to me on instant messenger on almost a daily basis gradually increasing from a few conversations at the beginning of the year ( she used to almost never talk to me before that) and we have really long somewhat meaningful conversations (I guessing she's flirting). We can't exactly talk to each other in class, but we are both on the same sports team and talk occasionally.She also occasionally stares at me when our eyes meet. She seems to be a bit shy (kinda like me, lol), but I am still not too sure. So as I was saying, does she like me? (P.S. She seems to talk about the same thngs with each conversation, (i.e. sports team), which means she can't think of other things to talk about.) is there any way to mix it up a bit? Thanks in advance.

P.S. We've known each other for about 1.25 years.

Seriously I'm not god's gift but alot of people tell me I am attractive so why would he go online for that all the time? Also ...I think he is browsing people on places that you can actually contact them if you wanted to. I'm onto him. He thinks because he cleared his history I can't find the stuff, he doesn't know how to clear it completely. anyway... if anyone would like to judge my appearance and tell me if it's that I'm not pretty enough I'll send you a photo. I have a huge problem. I have been with the same guy for 5 years.
I was 16 when we got together. The truth is I have been unfaithful.
I cheated on him after we were together for about a year. The reason I did it was because he wasn't treating me right and I heard from quite a few people that he had cheated on me. He knows about me cheating and had forgiven me. Now 4 years and a baby later he just tells me that he had sex with a prostitute.
And that he did it out of revenge after he foud out about what I had done. I am very upset and uncomfortable now. Why wait 4 years to tell me? And I don't know what I am suppossed to do now?
Am I a hypocrite for feeling like I want to leave him? Someone please give me some feedback.

This girl that used to like me started acted really wierdly towards me for no reason. We used to go to lunches all the time, she always used to touch me, and play with my things, went on few movies, and also laughed heaps around me. I started to like her not soon after, and then realised she was annoyed for something i dont even know what?. One thing i did note, was she always used to ask me to go lunches etc...i never really asked her once. 2 months have past, we met up, and she is like the person i used to kow, but after meeting up, she hardly ever talks properly to me, or doesnt respond to my emails etc....like shes playing games.
